This is my second stay at the hotel and I recommend it as a must stay in Dubai. Beautiful design, spacious rooms, amazing views. I have also been lucky that on both occasions it was quite calm, there were not too many people by the pool or at the gym, feels very exclusive. Breakfast is also incredibly tasty and I definitely recommend going for that option. The people working there are helpful, caring and genuinely interested to making your stay the perfect one.

Very friendly staff, especially LINE, she was terrific ( very helpful). Room has a fantastic view , very clean , large size , large bathroom with all modern facilities . The pan Asian restaurant has excellent food. Location worked ideal for us.

The bathroom door with huge holes doesn’t give privacy. It may be a designer door but all guest will not appreciate lack of privacy in bathroom. Suggestion: please install a removable screen / curtain on the door which can be ordered on request. I requested and was told no such facility is available. I definitely will not revisit due to this issue.

From the moment we arrived at So/ uptown, we were treated with exceptional hospitality. The receptionist, I think her name is Jissy was incredibly welcoming and offered an upgrade to a better room with a stunning view. It was such a pleasant service and made our stay special. The room was spacious, clean, and had a nice views. Another highlight of our stay was the breakfast service. [Breakfast Server (I forgot his name), was friendly, attentive, and ensured we had everything we needed.

The food was fresh, with a great variety of options, but I was expecting more bakery variety as it’s mentioned a basket of bread. The restaurant Brasserie was not as we expected, it’s good food equality, but for the price we paid we expected something special. Also, the entrance of the hotel is a bit tricky as you need to drive up to some parking level to reach the entrance.

the amazed hotel , clean , quite , the smell so fresh in the loopy I will never forget this smell and , the amazing staff ,I had very awesome stay for 4 nights , the dine in was very nice and the food was tasty also for room dining as well it was taste I would like to thank Mr TANMOY he is very kind and generous and helpful actually he upgrade our room to the most beautiful view in the hotel which is jumeirah Island I really appreciate him , and the house keeping as well tin & Ishan they were very polite and smily , they assist us in good way , actually the whole staff in the hotel , they were very helpful , smily , friendly , it will not be my last time to stay in SO / UPTOWN , I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel was peaceful , but I felt little tired because of the way to the hotel =] but its fine I handle it best regards to the amazing staff ,

Theres one woman from reception i cant remember her name but shes from Philippines SHE WAS PHENOMENAL AND SWEET I wish i know her name I would strongly recommend her to any guest SHES the best she helped me in so many things I appreciate her .

A wonderful stay the hotel was very quaint and the reception was excellent and tanmoy is very Niels with as ‘I will stay at the hotel next time ‘thank you so/uptown Dubai for everything.

It’s the most amazing hotel I’ve ever stayed in, the staff was super friendly and helpful, clean rooms, great food, definitely going back again soon.

Staff are very friendly, and Ahmed is the right person at the front desk to give you the best impression of your stay.

The interiors of the hotel is beautiful, it has a touch of art. Also I liked the most the views from our suite. It’s nice that they have two bedroom suite and also with extra toilet in the living room. The hotel is clean and the staff are helpful.

I didn’t like the fact that we have to drive 6 floors to reach the entrance of the hotel. The staff work hard to bring cars up for guests but it takes time. I didn’t like the swimming pool with alcoholic bar so it’s not suitable for kids.

The facilities and the staff were amazing, everyone was so friendly and kind.. i really liked the modern furnishings and the surprise they made for us when we reached, the cake was amazing it must be called dream cake

The songs that were played in breakfast lounge, it was so loud that I couldn't talk properly with my husband, maybe you should reduce the volume a bit.
