The hotel was great over all! Easy check in, wonderful breakfast, valet was quick. The location was ideal and the amenities were spectacular. I would stay her once more.

Our room was marked as smoke free, but the stench of tobacco smoke permeated the room (the amended this with an air purifier, but if it was not on the smell was still present. The bathroom also smelled of mold, and the shower head needed to be replaced mid stay (by my request). Some of the house keeping necessities were also forgotten some days (towel replacement).

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel with my family, and our experience was exceptional. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded from a city view room to a stunning sea view room. This made our stay even more special. A heartfelt thank you to Ms. Honey at the reception. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, offering us drinks and providing all the information we needed. Her warmth and attention to detail truly set the tone for our stay. The room was immaculate, featuring a beautiful wooden floor, which I prefer over carpets due to cleanliness concerns. The toilets were new and had a pleasant smell, consistent with the rest of the room's fresh ambiance. The overall cleanliness and condition of the room were outstanding, making it a very comfortable stay for our family. I also want to extend my gratitude to Ms. Runa, a server in the restaurant. Despite it being a buffet, she seemed to anticipate our every need, and her kindness towards our son was much appreciated. Her service made our dining experience memorable. The availability of water in the lobby was a nice touch. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a wide variety of options, and on our last day, Runa provided a complimentary breakfast menu which was a delightful surprise. I also want to commend the hotel administration for creating such a positive environment for their employees, which clearly translates into excellent service for the guests. Overall, this hotel truly deserves a 5-star rating for its outstanding service, beautiful accommodations, and wonderful staff. We will definitely be returning!

The pool is a bit small. The ceiling shower didn't work properly but was very happy to complaint.

It is a pretty hotel at the west beach. it is small (as opposed to the ones around) but well organised and has a lovely resto with great food, both breakfast and dinner are excellent. Other than the first night, the personnel was exceptional, helped with the taxi and was given the kids some cakes etc.

the first night we arrived (with 2 kids) the resto was just closing, so there was no food available and the surrounding area is super posh and kids are not allowed in, so we were really hungry and no solution was provided by the hotel, so I had get to a mall (some 15-20 minutes on foot with the kids) where some fast food option was still open until midnight.

The staff, absolutely all very service minded and always pleasant. They make you feel welcome and that you are a guest with a capital letter. I would especially like to mention Honey who works at reception, she was there with my check-in. Got a nice room with a view and she made my day. The breakfast was decent and the staff, everyone who serves breakfast are wonderful, they always meet you with a smile and the crockery is amazing.

Great location for this hotel especially if you like the beach clubs. The staff are very professional and friendly. The rooftop has an outstanding view and the food is really 👍 👍 👍 Special thanks to Khaila, Arn and Hany.

The layout of the rooftop pool could be better so that more ppl could enjoy swimming during the day and that there is not so much fighting for spots. The bathroom shower also needs to be reworked, event though there is very little water pressure somehow all the water end up outside the shower in the bathroom flooding it. If you are coming by car, expect a lot of traffic around the hotel especially on the weekends at all times.

We enjoyed our stay at Voco. The staff were amazing and were always on hand if we needed anything. Our panoramic view room was incredible in every way, from the amazing view overlooking the water to the comfortable bed and beautiful bathroom. The buffet breakfast was delicious with so much to chose from and the restaurant for dinner was delicious. We were also very spoilt with a lovely cake and rose petal display on our bed for our anniversary which was very much appreciated. The hotel is walking distance to the monorail which takes you up Palm Jameriah to Atlantis and you can also walk to Nakheel shopping mall and The Palm View where you can get a birds eye view of Palm Jumeriah. It's takes about 30 mins in a taxi to the international airport.

The only thing we didn't like was the loud music coming from the beach club on the beach that went until about 1am. When you're tired from travelling this is the last thing you want to hear when trying to get to sleep.

Since the very first moment we arrived at the property, Rouxshin, Mohammad and the Food Director made us feel very special. You are in hotel but you feel like you are at home. The hotel is brand new, and in the middle of west beach, very convenient location if you enjoy the beach, the sun, the sunset and night life. The food director at the restaurant is taking very good care of every customer and able to accommodate different needs. If you wanna stay in a luxury hotel in one of the best Dubai location, do not wait any longer. Book this hotel today. I strongly recommend a beachfront view room.

First of all I would like to say that this Hotel is located in a pretty busy coast. There are several huge hotels like 5 Palm or Radisson which concentrate many tourists and parties. So, sometimes till 10:00 PM you might hear music. However, hopefully, tight curtains prevent these sound to interrupt your stay. Rooms are big enough for 2 persons, however you will not have free space for other guests, so freinds invitation is not a good idea. Still, bed is large, there is a small table and 2 soft chairs. It`s enough for a few hours before sleep. About facilities on a roof there is a bar with small pool. the only minus is that pool is surrounded by a glass fence, which is a bit dirty, thus no instagram photos are possible. Also there are 2 restaraunts. we didn`t try one for dinner so nothing to say here, the first one is for breakfast. I ll meantion it in minuses. Other guests wrote about construction nearby, but it usually starts at 10:00 AM and end no later than 7:00 PM. You wont probably stay in this hotel for the whole day so this point is irrelevant. To sum up, this hotel is a very good choice for youngths and just married couples. For families there is no enough infrastructure, for elderly I think its too noisy during the day. However if you want to expereince Dubai by visiting sightseeings, shopping in malls and going to bars and clubs this palce is really good choice for you.

Abut minuses. This major one is breakfast. It is very scarce and most dishes are not tasty. I think they do not know how to cook eggs properly, so do not expect anything except basic noutrition. There is no other milk except standart dairy one, and little choice of vegetables. And do not even try meat - sausages are awful. I suppose you can save money and do not pay for breakfast, better try to visit restaraunts in this district to experince better breakfast. Another problem to menation - no socket in the bathroom. One for a shaver (but I dunno which model it should be, something from late 80-s, I suppose). If you need to charge toothstick or dry hair you should use sockets in the bedroom. It is not very comfortable since the only large mirror is in the bathroom.

Excellent location! Right at the beach, no beachclubs in front of the view. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. The luxury of choosing between the private beach, or the beautiful rooftop pool + bar. Spic and span clean rooms. We also liked the size of the hotel. Not such a megalomaniac size as others on the West Beach.

Breakfast was oaky, but nothing special.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The staff treated us fantasticly for the entirety of our stay, but the real highlight was the breakfast staff team - they were simply outstanding and deserve to be recognised for it. From the moment we walked in each morning you could feel a genuine hospitality. Their friendliness, attention to detail and efficiency were second to none. They truly deserve a special recognition and are one of the main reasons why I’ll be coming back to Voco. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the location is perfect, with plenty of taxis available to get in and out of the Palm effortlessly, also plenty of restaurants. The rooftop swimming pool views are amazing - while it can get a bit crowded during peak hours, we always managed to find a sunbed. As an alternative you also have a private beach with plenty of sunbeds. Just a heads-up—there is some ongoing construction in certain exterior areas around the hotel, but it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t affect our stay. Some people in the reviews mentioned construction noise and loud music from the clubs, but we couldn’t hear any of it and slept like babies! Overall, our stay was absolutely fantastic!
