Great Breakfast and service. Appreciated staff in keeping area clean. Loved the beds. Soooo comfortable. Room temperature set too cool on arrival that was set at 63 degrees. Why so cold.? The front desk check in was quick and bothe staff members sitting there was amazing. The guard that was on duty was ready to assist with any thing they needed him to do if they were busy with customers. it felt like a family oriented hotel, which makes your stay even more pleasant.

I didn't like the tickets for breakfast. I'm sure there are many places that may do it, but I just feel that it is not professional to walk up and ask for tickets when you can clearly see we stayed there.

Breakfast was good, very impressed with the cleanliness of the room and it was very roomy.

Loved the shower, but didn’t like that it was level with the bathroom floor, it caused a lot of water in the floor, it needed just a slight lip. Also, the lighting in the room was slightly dim, and the curtains didn’t cover a bottom slip of the window.

We have traveled for over 16 years, and have NEVER stayed at a hotel where the staff was all so nice !!!! Very friendly, very helpful. It was really appreciated. Smiles everywhere, and The one person even helped me find a diet coke.

Something that could not be helped by the staff, the people staying above us, we were in room 202, I would swear was a marching band. It was constant noise, so the next time we stay I'll be requesting the fourth floor. There were teenagers playing out in the parking lot at all hours as well . This hotel is not in a good area, but there are tall fences, and security so at no time did I feel unsafe. Small thing, but please put diet drinks in your drink machines :)

Every staff member I encountered was totally customer focused. We arrived on the day hotel manager, Leon, had a Christmas party for the staff. His decorations honored each employee in ways too numerous to go into here. Its no wonder the hotel was so clean and well cared for when the employees take pride in working there. We had a very enjoyable stay.

I left my expensive battery phone and tablet charger in the room and when I called back to ask about it, I was told nothing was found 😞, so with that being said, always double check to make sure you have all your items,

I did not like the fact that due to a severe tornado storm approaching the area and the cancelation of our current event we were not allowed to cancel one night reservation and get a reimbursement

All the staff were friendly and professional. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean.

Carpet in hotel rooms always seems to be dirty. The carpet made my socks very dirty on the bottom from walking around in the room.

The room was pretty clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was great and very welcoming.

The location was the greatest location. Not saying that the area was bad, just saying that it wasn't the best location as far as having lots of things to do within walking distance.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious. Beds were comfy and soft. The pillows were amazing. My stay was relaxing.

The fire alarm went off at 8 am waking us from our slumber. When we called down stairs to ask about it they just said to ignore it. There was a lot of activity outside but that could also be due to the thanksgiving weekend. It was nothing wild though. I didn’t feel uncomfortable or anything.
