The location was fantastic. The views were stunning and there were many different options for food within walking distance. There was even a 24 hour gas station across the street for late night snacks

Nothing. The stay was perfect.

Desk staff was super! Hannah told us where to park at Red Ricks and it saved us from hiking up the mountain! Decor, location to Red Rocks and outdoor sitting area with live music —all was great.

l, like many, like to begin my day with a good cup of coffee. We had a lovely room view from which to enjoy our a.m. coffee. But the room coffee was the packet stuff and horrible. For the size of the hotel limited coffee was available in the dining area. Not sure if it was for guests or just DR guests only. Even selling good coffee would have been better than nothing. They had a lovely outdoor area to sit and enjoy the view as well. Huge missed opportunity by management. And we had to had to go elsewhere just to find coffee and then breakfast.

The staff at the front desk was the best part of this property. They were so kind and helpful. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. The lobby was pretty and smelled very nice and welcoming.

Unfortunately, there was a dog that howled all night in the room next to us or across from us. The owner’s must have left him to go out so the poor thing howled and cried until at least 2am. I eventually called the front desk, but I wasn’t sure what room the dog was in. I felt very bad for the dog, but I also felt bad for my mother who already has trouble sleeping. Every time I would fall asleep I would wake right back up because of the noise. Sadly, it was a very unpeaceful night and we did not really get any sleep. The room was pretty clean, but the bathroom could use a little deep clean. All of the soap dispensers in the shower had only a squirt or 2 left in them.

If you are going to a show at Red Rocks, you cannot beat this location. Easy parking and walkable cafes and restaurants. The bar was open and hopping when we arrived, though no late-night food was available (and we were starving). We opted to go across the street to the gas station to get some snacks. The room was comfortable, and staff were friendly. Pretty laid-back environment.

The price is pretty steep for what the hotel offers. They offered shuttle service to Red Rocks for $50 per person, which is a rip off as parking is almost always included with the tickets. I would recommend driving as it is such a short distance. We were back in our rooms within 10 minutes from the close of the show (we had VIP parking - which helped).

Location was excellent and convenient to Red Rocks. I liked the ability to use a bike onsite even though I didn't get a chance to use them, but plan to next time. The theme and decor of the hotel were great. Front staff were awesome! Bar area bartender and service was excellent.

My mattress was really flat and I felt like I was basically sleeping on the frame! My back was very sore from sleeping on it. Lots of loud people in the hallways late at night and we were by the elevators which was not mentioned when I checked in as I don't like to be by elevators.

I loved the outdoor area, the rooms had enough space, the beds were cozy. The complimentary parking was excellent. The staff was friendly and the location to Red Rocks and downtown Golden was perfect. The shuttle pickup at this location was very convenient and a great bonus with a smooth system of checking in and boarding the shuttle.

We lost power the morning we were checking out which made it a bit difficult to get ready and pack up. I know it wasn't the hotels fault, but even being offered a little later check out or something would have been nice.

Upscale hotel, comfortable bed, clean, friendly front desk staff

I had a late checkout scheduled with the front desk at noon… despite that, Housekeeping knocked on the door at 9:00am, then entered the room (without knocking) twice before I checked out (before noon). It made the morning a little less than ideal/comfortable, especially as I wasn’t dressed when they entered the room without knocking the first time. I alerted the front desk of this issue, so hopefully it’ll be resolved for future guests. The shower was super strong, which I normally don’t mind, but it was intense. All in all, the room was nice, but for the price and issues I encountered, I don’t know that I’d highly recommend.

The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. To begin with, there was a ten-minute delay in delivering the room (something that seemed normal to me) and the hotel staff gave us an upgrade to a spectacular room (unnecessary, but appreciated). The room was very large and perfect in every way, the facilities as well. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful in every way. The hotel seems to me a great option for people who are going to start their trip to the mountains and need a night to sleep in Denver, the exit to highway 70 is easy and in a few minutes you are in the mountains.

I am not a big fan of soft mattresses, I prefer hard beds, but that is a personal preference. The bed was perfect anyway.

Super dog friendly - not just a bullet point in their amenities, instead very much a sincere care for accommodating dog owners. Great restaurant food/beer and ambiance on the first floor to hang out with friends. Cafe, brewery, food hall, and gas station all in the same area in addition. Nice little nook that's relaxing yet right near the highway for easy travel to Denver, Golden, Red Rocks, and deeper into the mountains.

Very tiny things - room had a fridge but no microwave; also didn't see any microwave downstairs (didn't ask though) - soap/shampoo/conditioner could've been higher quality

We loved this hotel and the location to Red rocks!! We also loved the shuttle bus service to Red Rocks. We did not have to drive anywhere once we got to the hotel. The hotel was beautiful and very clean. Bed were comfortable and amenities were spot on. The staff was great and friendly when we checked into the hotel, but when we checked out the front desk staff did not smile and acted like they hated their jobs. Other than that this hotel is the way to go when you visit Red Rocks and go to a comcert.
