The location was incredible. We were able to walk to most of the attractions downtown. The bar and Grill across the street was delicious and reasonably priced. The breakfast was good and the coffee was bold. Just the way I like it!

The hotel was incredible minus the bathrooms in the room. They have a sliding barn door style so there’s really little privacy. The shower and the toilet share the same space. The breakfast was delicious. My only complaint is that there was no rotation during our stay. It was the same food every morning, which got a little boring after four days, but it was a very hot and delicious breakfast nevertheless.

There was an amazing breakfast bar and all kinds of coffee, with a good blend of eating and eating/working space, kind of like an airport lobby. The nearby campus is definitely worth a walk—some cool displays in the student union.

This is best set up for travelers without a car—otherwise you're pretty much married to the valet parking, which was very professional (and they handled my oversize truck and trailer like a champ).

Having breakfast before a long drive was such a great convenience. The room itself was fantastic with lots of space to work if you needed to.

I chose this hotel from a list of places to stay with parking included but was later informed that parking was actually an additional $45/night, making it pricier than I had planned for. So I ended up having to find overnight parking in the city, which is not difficult as long as it isn't an event night (it was). It wasn't terrible, it was just a bit disappointing when an airbnb in the heart of the arts district had free parking and would have ended up being cheaper.

Every staff member I interacted with was amazing. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. My whole reason for staying in Denver turned out to be a bust but there I was able to shop in their little market and drown my sorrows in two vodka spritzers and a bag of chips. Definitely recommend anyone staying in downtown Denver to stay here.

The location is great for a weekend getaway and convenient for going to Ball Arena for a game. The staff are always fantastic and helpful. The valet parking is great and reasonable.

We made advanced reservations, but were placed in a handicap room. The room was comfortable and fine but the bathroom accommodations was not great for someone not needing the handicap accessibility.

Breakfast had only disposable plates and silverware. Everybody seem to be eating in the restaurant and throwing everything away- so rather than using real dishes, they create a ton of garbage. There’s also no information in the room about re-using towels and bedsheets. So they need to get on the bandwagon and be more environmentally friendly.

It was perfect until I got home and realized they had charged me after I’d already paid Booking in advance. They said they didn’t have my card on file. However after several different calls I reached the exact hotel and they were so helpful and refunded the double charge. I was able to sleep that night without worrying.

super friendly check in desk personnel, great location for sporting events and walking downtown. Breakfast was above average as the staff kept it hot and clean.

The restaurant was a little disappointing as there was not a huge selection of eats for those seeking a finer meal, but the food we ate was well prepared and very tasty.

The room was comfortable and very clean. The bathroom was nice and beautiful. The staff was very nice, helpful and answer your question by booking message ! The breakfast was nice but can be improved (maybe use reusable dishes and not paper ones)

A little bit far from the center but actually not too much and it fit the price you pay.

The area felt safe and was quiet. Hotel is Modern and I p to date. Very clean. Bright, open, airy. A lot of different spaces to relax (lobby and little courtyard has comfortable seating, fire pit and corn hole). Small store for snacks and necessities. Ice cold, fruit infused water available in the lobby. Very nice gym. Very friendly staff. Comfortable bed. TV equipped with Netflix (need to sign in with an account). The room had a fridge and microwave wave that were both in cabinets. Lights, outlets and charging ports are strategically placed throughout the room. Breakfast was adequate. We appreciated the oat milk option for coffee and cereal. The area was maintained well during breakfast. Quick 20 min walk from Union Station- we felt safe for the majority of it (95%). Alternatively, it is a 5 minute Uber ride. 10 minute walk to LoDo for shopping, many restaurants, coffee, etc. A lot of Lime/Lyft scooters and bikes can be found near the hotel and on the way to LoDo- we took advantage of these almost everytime we walked. After staying in an Airbnb in Aurora for a few days, we stayed here after our flight was delayed and we felt as though we found the best part of Denver! We would stay again!

The only tiny complaint is that when we were relaxing in the courtyard mid morning there was nice background music playing and when the on site restaurant opened across the parking lot, they turned their music on as well. Maybe this wouldn’t bother some, but I felt overwhelmed with the competing music.
