the rooms was clean and welcoming, Ac is a bit cold but we understand love the bathroom, love the receptionists they were very helpful and pleasant, we had a wonderful time and you guys will be seeing us pretty soon again. oh i love the fact i can do laundry at the hotel.

every 3days for room service no breakfast was included in accommodations and the drinks and amenities were very expensive. also weren't able to use the phone in the room to call out of the hotel. maid were not friendly front desk workers were very helpful and courteous. not enough soap, bathe wash and toilet paper in the room. everything else was perfect i definitely will come again me and my family.

Everything at the facility was great.

Our only issue was that it took 1 1/2 hours to get their shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Even after calling several times. I understand that there was a high volume of people coming in... but this is a cruise port - airport and shuttle services need to get this figured out.

My stay at from 5/16 to 5/22 was thoroughly enjoyable. The staff was incredibly helpful throughout my visit. I particularly appreciate the assistance provided by the lady at the front desk during check-in (apologies for forgetting her name). Overall, I have no complaints about my experience. We found the hotel very comfortable and very clean. We had a car so could access shopping and restaurants with ease. The hotel has a nice small restaurant in lobby area...we had breakfast there (for us an extra cost) and it was very good. Not the usual "breakfast included" type facility...much nicer. Also, hotel has a big cooler in lobby area with drinks, food and snacks if you arrived late. Very handy.

Great location. Front desk staff were professional and helpful. Room was spacious and well outfitted. My request for a ground floor room was honored.

Lighting in bedroom could have been better. Complimentary breakfast would be nice.

Full Cleaning of room was after 3 daya. No garbage removal unless you requested it. Towels replaced unless you ask for it.

The location to the airport and cruise terminal was perfect! I was very impressed with the size of the rooms. Very clean and comfortable. We were able to schedule the shuttle to the airport and it was right on time.

The hot tub was out of order but that could not be helped and was not a huge deal. Pool was clean and warm and the pool area was cozy.

WiFi was not good .

We arrived LATE (after midnight) & left by 10 AM next morning, so we didn't get a chance to use any facilities on-site except our room. Our room was spacious, clean and we loved the bathroom! The bedroom was separate from a living room area & bathroom. I wasn't expecting the size!! Very comfortable beds & seemed quiet enough for us. There was food available to purchase (snacks right in the reception area (grateful for bottles of water to purchase!) & in the AM, cooks preparing breakfast nearby also) which we didn't have time to enjoy but everything looked quite good! We enjoyed meeting many folks there who were also traveling on a cruise (as we were). We took the free ride back to the airport where we were picking up a transfer to our cruise ship.

I can't think of anything we did not like about this hotel !

The room was large and comfortable. exceeded our expectations. However, we did misunderstand the breakfast options, thought that breakfast was included in room price.
