the rooms was clean and welcoming, Ac is a bit cold but we understand love the bathroom, love the receptionists they were very helpful and pleasant, we had a wonderful time and you guys will be seeing us pretty soon again. oh i love the fact i can do laundry at the hotel.

every 3days for room service no breakfast was included in accommodations and the drinks and amenities were very expensive. also weren't able to use the phone in the room to call out of the hotel. maid were not friendly front desk workers were very helpful and courteous. not enough soap, bathe wash and toilet paper in the room. everything else was perfect i definitely will come again me and my family.

Comfortable, affordable and quietness of hotel

I wish there was a pad of paper and pen in the room. Being out of town and planning funeral arrangements would have been helpful with this. Definitely, not a deal breaker for staying here. Just a thought.

Everything at the facility was great.

Our only issue was that it took 1 1/2 hours to get their shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Even after calling several times. I understand that there was a high volume of people coming in... but this is a cruise port - airport and shuttle services need to get this figured out.

My stay at from 5/16 to 5/22 was thoroughly enjoyable. The staff was incredibly helpful throughout my visit. I particularly appreciate the assistance provided by the lady at the front desk during check-in (apologies for forgetting her name). Overall, I have no complaints about my experience. Great location. Front desk staff were professional and helpful. Room was spacious and well outfitted. My request for a ground floor room was honored.

Lighting in bedroom could have been better. Complimentary breakfast would be nice.

We found the hotel very comfortable and very clean. We had a car so could access shopping and restaurants with ease. The hotel has a nice small restaurant in lobby area...we had breakfast there (for us an extra cost) and it was very good. Not the usual "breakfast included" type facility...much nicer. Also, hotel has a big cooler in lobby area with drinks, food and snacks if you arrived late. Very handy.

We were having problems with the internet, but the front desk was very helpful and insured that it was fixed.

Full Cleaning of room was after 3 daya. No garbage removal unless you requested it. Towels replaced unless you ask for it.

Got in late and the front desk gal was super nice and accommodating. She was kind and helpful and with us being exhausted we really appreciated her. Loved the fact you had a shuttle to the airport and that worked out great as well.

We didn't eat or drink at the hotel restaurant. It was dead and sterile.

The housekeeping staff did not replace our items when they cleaned our room. I had to ask for ice bucket liners and cups.
