The room and breakfast were very good. We paid for the room for our daughter and son-in-law for their stay in Florida. The rest of our family were able to stay with us. We were picking them up at the airport at 10:30 PM. We stopped by to pick up their key so they could get to their room when we picked them up at the airport but were told we could not get their key even though we paid for the room. I guess I understand the security concern but all that had to be done was look up our credit card to see we paid.

The overall cleanliness of the property, the size of the room, very friendly and helpful staff and the fact they did not charge us the ridiculous security deposit that most places charge. We are frequent visitors to the Ft Myers area and on this trip we found our new go to place!

The only thing that could be better is if it was closer to the beach but even that is not bad and can be easily overlooked with everything else was excellent.

Everything was clean and the service was great. Had a very late flight and the hotel manager called to ask what she could expect us. I was nice that she called.

Very run down! The doors and trim in the hallway are so beat up and damaged. Then the bathroom to our room looked they started renovations but ran out of paint! I have pictures because I couldn’t believe what I was looking at!

I liked the location as it was easy to get to and a good distance from where i attended a convention! I also liked the comfort and cleanliness of my room !!

I have to say there was not one thing I did or like about the property however I forgot to leave a tip for the maid service but I will tip double on my next trip as I intend to stay again!!

The front desk staff when we checked in was very friendly and was receptive to our need. This help to make our stay a very good one. our accommodation needs were met. The room was very clean and tidy. The breakfast was good. I would stay there again in my travels.

Ive stayed at other Baymont's and found this one to need some TLC. The lobby was great but the hallways needed to be in better shape, the ice machine wasn't working. The rooms were good.

It was peaceful and comfortable for the most part

The bathroom was spacious but I think it needs to be remodeled or pressure cleaned but it looks like it has a lot of wear and tear

Breakfast was very good...but the room was very run down ,broken door hole in the bathroom door from knocking a fist or head into it. Smelt like Marijuana.

My check the young man was very pleasant!!breakfast was outstanding and staff in the morning was great at breakfast.

Manager attitude was not good, they was a gentleman when I check in was so friendly and warming made my stay better but manager attitude need attention.

The room was spacious. Very clean and the staff was very helpful and kind. We did not get a chance to eat breakfast at the hotel but we heard from others that it was great.

The cleanliness of the bathroom could have been better, but overall was a clean room, bathroom, and great experience at this hotel. We would definitely stay again.
