The receptionists at the front desk were so friendly and we loved Gary who sold tickets for Disney and Universal in the lobby. Their breakfast had the most options I have seen, and I've stayed in quite a few hotels. We also liked that they switch a few of the options so each day you might get to try something new. Rooms were clean and housekeeping was on point every single day. Having the coffee/tea/hot chocolate bar available 24/7 was also nice. They have a free shuttle to Disney, Universal and Seaworld which is very convenient. There is also a shuttle to 2 of the outlet plazas if you want to go shopping. The cost to stay here was more than reasonable, and I say that considering the fact that I've paid more at other hotels and did not get this standard.

Just wish the shuttles had some additional timings, especially the one that leaves Universal since the mass exodus when they close can make it a bit difficult to get back to the bus area on time.

Location was good in general and conviently close to the theme parks. Breakfast was standard Continental breakfast fare. Would have been nice to have more vegetarian/vegan and gluten-free options but otherwise fine. Appreciated the friendly staff and cleanliness, and very much applaud the Hampton Inn chain for their commitment to sustainability!

Only real issue was the Wi-Fi. We were in a room at the end of the hall, and could not get reception in the room, although could get it as soon as you stepped into the hallway. Apparently the Wi-Fi routers are in a central location in each hallway that doesn't allow the transmission to quite reach the rooms at the ends of the hallways. Need to either get additional routers or increase the power of the existing routers' transmissions.

The staff were really friendly. The breakfast bar had a lot of choices. The place was extra clean. I needed a shower chair for my husband, and the maintenance came and put it in. Veronica at the front desk was amazing. Christine and luna from the breakfast staff were absolutely sweet and accommodating. Overall, this was one of the best visits in a while at a hotel.

It's a great hotel. Friendly staff, good location, all amenities that we needed. I particularly like the fact that they have a fitness room. Their breakfast is awesome.

There's nothing I didn't like. I just find it a bit inconvenient that we must check out at 11 am and check in the next hotel at 4 pm. We're traveling Florida, hopping from city to city, which are at most 2 hours apart, so we have to go places carrying all our luggage in the car. It's a rule for all hotels, I know but maybe they could have a "luggage storage cabinet that we could rent for some hours. Just an idea.

The area is great, we really liked the pool and the nice atmosphere with the employees. The breakfast is pretty good and there is free coffee, tea and cocoa the whole day.

All the spoons and forks are out of plastic and the plates and cups are also not reusable. The shuttle bus times are a bit complicated. There is no direct bus back from Magic Kingdom and the first bus is going around 9:30.

The breakfast was wonderfully fresh and had lots of options every morning. It never seemed crowded when we were there. We went in mid to late February. Rooms were definitely recently updated as was the entire hotel. We didn't get to experience the outdoor pool as the weather was rather cool. We were on the go from sun up to sun down with Disney plans. Noise was not a problem for us. It couldn't have been a better stay.

This hotel is an excellent option in Lake Buena Vista. The cleanliness is perfect, the staff is very kind and ready to support the guess, breakfast with many option and excellent comfortable room. I would like to stay again in this hotel.

This hotel is my favorite hotel to stay at when in Orlando. This was my 3rd time staying at this hotel. The one thing I like the most aside its location: free parking!

I had a few hicups the first two days of my stay: overflooded toilet and no room service on my second day. The hotel made sure both were taken care of. These issues won’t prevent me from returning to this hotel. It trully is a wonderful hotel.

Check in, Check out, two elevators, third floor overlooking the pool. Breakfast and the many options, parking close to entrance, ease of bringing luggage in and out, availability of luggage carts, 24/7 coffee, nice selection of snacks and meals if necessary.

Very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Receptionist even gave us a list of eateries within walking distance and others a short drive away and there were plenty of them. Pool and hot tub were great.. Hotel is very close to the I4 ,Seaworld and Disney. Overall impressed.

Only thing was the carpet throughout is horrible. At first glance it looked as though it was worn through , but on second inspection it was the design and colour that made it that way. LOL
