The place was great, clean, and perfect location.

Other than the ac in our room, everything was great. Every time it clicked on, it sounded like a wood pecker the entire time it was running. Not super loud, but faint pecking/knocking sound. It wasn't completely terrible sounding, so we didn't bother to complain. I am sure if it had been something to really aggravate us, we could have reported it, and the staff would have solved the issue because the staff was wonderful.

My son really enjoyed the pool, fitness room, and our hotel room. He and I agreed that the hotel lobby was absolutely beautiful. Our room had very comfortable chairs and great water pressure in the shower. We were both very pleased and would love to stay here again. We had issues at check in but the staff handled it very professionally. The location was perfect for all the places we wanted to visit.

The shower floor was very slippery so I had to place a hand towel there to keep us from falling. My son said he wished we had a balcony and he felt the covers were too far away when he was lying down to sleep (but he's 6 and didn't untuck them properly! I promised I'd share his input!)

The hotel was clean. The gym was nice and there was also an indoor pool. I didn't use other amenities at the hotel so I can't speak to those. My room was clean and spacious. The bathroom could have used a little more attention to visual detail when they did the renovation but it didnt detract from the function. I liked the location. Mostly out of the hustle and bustle of the city, but still within a reasonable commute to the places I wanted to go. And it is right off the highway, so getting around was pretty easy. Also, there is a Publix, McDonalds, Starbucks and CVS literally across the street and a Waffle House right next to the hotel.

The hotel's age shows here and there. The handle on my room door was a little stiff and didnt always return to its default position. Luckily, it didnt turn out to be an issue of me being stuck outside the room or anything. I still dont know how I feel about paid parking at this location. You definitely need a vehicle to get around because this hotel is a little out of the way. The nightly parking rate is probably cheaper than ride hailing to multiple destinations though. Also, the information about parking being an additional charge was buried at the bottom of the hotel page when looking at the hotel info.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an amazing experience. The location is spot-on, just a short 5-10 minute Uber ride to Truiest Park, which was incredibly convenient for me. The room size was spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. There is a waffle house practically in the parking lot with a gas station and CVS within walking distance if needed! I felt safe in this location, as I was traveling with one other female.

I had to pay for parking, which added an unexpected expense to my stay. While this might be common in the area, it's worth considering when budgeting for your trip. Another issue was the room lighting, which felt dim. Better and brighter lighting options would have improved the overall comfort and functionality of the room. Despite these minor drawbacks, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel.

The hotel staff was friendly, the facility was clean, and the rooms were large and comfortable. There was a leak in the bathroom and the staff was quick to address it and change us to a new room. We inadvertently left our tablet in the first room and noticed it was gone after 2 days. We asked the staff if anyone had turned it in and they were holding it for us in security. That service, and the honesty of the staff, is worth a lot to us when we stay at a location. Definitely recommend this hotel and it's location which is convenient.

Everything was to our satisfaction.

The rooms smelled so clean and were so spacious. The ladies working the front desk were very pleasant and super helpful. Elevators were quick and plentiful. I also like that there was plenty to do around the area.

I have no complaints. I will say, I wish I had rented a car, but chose not to because you charge so much per night to park your car. Shouldn't that be included in your stay? If I came to town longer than a weekend, because of the parking fee's I probably would have selected another place to stay instead.

Well after a 7 hours drive getting there and finding out our registration/ booking wasn't right and we on the list to even b there,Well needless to say it was very upsetting ,but I think I did very good job about keeping my cool,it wasn't the hotel fault at all,it was totally (booking.com) fault .Mrs Pat did a super and fantastic and outstanding job on accommodating us especially since this was a get away trip for us since my husband have had chemo/ radiation and we needed some much needed R&R

The location & building were nice & I liked that it was pretty close to everything. Especially Truist Park.

The only thing I didn't like & I did not pay attention to when booking is that it is $15 per day for parking. It is just a normal parking lot, not even valet parking in a garage anywhere. This hotel doesn't need to charge for parking, just hand parking passes out to people staying in the hotel if you don't want just anybody parking there.

I liked that it was a decent drive to the places that I needed to go to. The staff was really nice and really helpful. I didn’t have any problems checking in or out. Parking was good.

I didn’t like that the parking pass was added to the room but most of the cars that were there didn’t have a parking pass for overnight stays. The toilet took a while to fill up before you could use it again so you have to wait a while.

It was everything I expected for the price.

Hot meals were not available on the days we stayed at the hotel, but then I understand because this was a low-season stay. Having to pay $15 per night to park in the hotel lot because of some stupid county regulation was unreasonable, especially since this was not an indoor parking lot.
