Rooms were brand new and clean. The bellmen were very nice and hospitable.

I was really bummed that the rooftop wasn't complete. Hopefully they get it finished soon since they are advertising it on their booking site and it's 70% reason why I booked them. They also could have more cocktail options at the bar and some ice/water stations around the lobby or in the halls.

This place exceeded my expectations! Especially the front desk staff is very friendly and kind. Also, the breakfast is Caribbean style. My special thanks goes to Ms Rebecca at the front desk!

There is always room for improvement in life. Thus, you should add turkey/chicken based items in your breakfast buffet for those non-pork-eaters. Second, your room service does not show up right away. For two of my requests during my stay there, I had to make a second phone call to the front desk since none showed up…

Amazing location.... Walking distance to top places you need to see. Breakfasts are the best / buffet includes a lot of variety. The staff super helpful and reliable, they make you feel at home. I appreciate the support that Nicolas (Argentina) provided to my daughter. Recommend this stay 100%... ❤️❤️

Excellent location, but horrible breakfast.

The breakfast is extremely uninspuring. It looks line a slaughterhourse. I gave up going after two days.

Breakfast had a great variety, there was little to no wait for a table.

I wish the power stayed on the in room during the day. mainly because I wanted the AC to be fresh when I got to my room

The stay was comfortable, with all the necessary amenities available, ensuring a hassle-free and enjoyable visit.

One area that could be improved is the breakfast variety. Most days, the options were quite repetitive, which made it less exciting for longer stays. Additionally, there were very few vegetarian choices, which was a bit disappointing. A more diverse menu catering to different dietary preferences would enhance the overall dining experience.

Breakfast had everything you want to see in one breakfast. And the very attentive staff from the boys who receive you at the doors and help you with your suitcases . and at the reception were friendly. The cleaning excellent

They don’t have an ice machine and microwave.

I loved everything about this hotel and my stay! The room was very clean and the elevators got you to your floor fast no matter how high you were up, this is good for when you forget something and you’re using a Lyft or Uber because it takes less than 30 secs to get to your floor. This hotel is located by everything! I loved it. Check in was a breeze and check out was so easy. Didn’t have any problems. All the staff were nice and helpful. The breakfast was so good and I felt like I was in a stand alone restaurant. I had plenty of towels, the view was also the best! I came in town for the Beyoncé concert and this hotel wasn’t far from soldier field AT ALL! I loved it, one of my favorite hotels in Chicago. Quiet and really pretty in the inside and clean on the outside.
