The hotel common areas were clean and well kept. The lobby has a small marketplace with snacks and beverages for purchase, along with some convenience items like Tylenol/Advil. The room was a comfortable size to move about with two persons and their luggage. Our room had a mini refrigerator that kept our food and beverages cold. Our room also had a small microwave, which we did not use during our stay. Housekeeping kept our room tidy and linens were replenished each day of our stay. I appreciated that the bathroom sink was separate from the shower and toilet space. The room had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash available in secured bottles on the shower wall. A shower cap and personal size lotion bottle were replenished each day, if used. The hotel is situated in a quiet neighborhood. This hotel also offers free parking for guests.

The shower drain had a tendency to clog (and backup) during the duration of an average shower cycle. We found that if we used the stopper like a plunger, that would help the flow of the drain. If you like a shower or sink with water pressure, the shower and bathroom sink in our room was what we considered "low" water pressure. While the room was clean and all fixtures were in working order, there were areas of the room that could use a touch of paint or some cosmetic repair. I found that the lotion bottle was housed in a plastic container that was very difficult to squeeze (hard plastic). I would have to remove the cap in order to access the lotion.

It was quiet and clean. Our last few hotels only had certain services on certain days and towels were very limited (only two for a family of four). Here we had everything we needed and it was all fully functioning. The room service option was great!

The parking lot was a little small so options were limited and with no elevator it was a little hard to unload and load the car. Thankfully only two floors so it wasn’t that bad. Honestly those are the only two dislikes. Everything else was great!

Location location location! This was our first time at this hotel (and we are avid Disneyland visitors) and we were not at all disappointed. Can’t beat the price… The room was very clean, beds comfortable—and the ample free parking came in clutch. The newly opened Mexican restaurant “Tulum” found in the shared parking lot was amazing! All around, we were very pleased and impressed with our stay. We will be back!

I wish there was a complimentary breakfast option. Other than that, truly nothing to complain about.

Super close to Disney, about 5 mins away. It's nice on the outside & feels like a safe location. Room was very clean, good channels on the TV to watch, AC was working, bed was comfortable, shower was clean. Overall great stay & at a great price! This will be my new choice of stay when visiting Disney!

Parking was limited in the night when returning from Disneyland & there was one area in the parking lot that had a very strong smell of urine which really grossed me out but whatever, it's not like I am sleeping outside but they should really fix that.

Very close to Disney, only a 15 minute walk. We walked at night and in the day and had no problems and felt very safe. Lovely clean property and staff were very friendly! Let us leave our luggage for a lot of our last day with no problems! Would 100% stay again if we returned.

The shower pressure wasn’t great but not the end of the world for the length of time we were there!

This is the perfect place to stay while visiting Disneyland :) it’s clean, quiet and the staff was very friendly and welcoming and most important it was affordable.

I wouldn’t change nothing….it’s perfect myself and family caught the bus 43 to Disneyland right in front of hotel it was $2.00 per person and we got dropped off right in front of the park and came home same way definitely staying here next time and always.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. I loved that they had a coffee pot microwave and a refrigerator. The shower was nice with hot water, and they supplied the shampoo conditioner and body wash. There was also a small seating area outside for smoking. Check-in was fast with no waiting. At check out, we were handed breakfast bags with a danish, muffin, and granola bar. A gas station and Shakey's pizza were walking distance. There is plenty of free parking.

I can't really say there was anything I didn't like. The only thing I could think of was that the girl at checkout was kind of rude. 04/18/24

Second time staying at this hotel & both times we were met with very nice front desk staff. The first time, we did notice a stain on the bed but my boyfriend and I had a 2 queen bed room so it wasn’t that much of an issue since the other bed was clean. Second time bed was clean, the bed and pillows are comfortable and is very close distance to disney! Felt pretty safe here for myself and my car. Great value, would definitely stay again.

no elevator if you have a lot of luggage

Just as other reviews have stated this property is a great value. About a 20 min walk max straight down the road to Disney main gate. Not only are the rooms clean, but the whole property is being cleaned constantly. The rooms are quiet, attractive and comfortable. We got one room with a fridge and one without. Having the fridge and microwave is very convenient. There are SO many options for food within several blocks and just a quick walk away. You could eat somewhere different every day and be happy. The man who checked us in was very efficient and professional.

Nothing.

The rooms were well equipped with facilities. I was incredibly impressed with how clean the rooms were and the bathroom was spotless (even cleaner than some.of the 5 stars that I have stayed at). Response from the property was swift.

The only thing that was a downfall was that someone has stuck a sanitary pad over the peephole which cleaning staff might have missed if the door isn't shut when in the room.
