I liked that extra linen was available, towels, wash cloths etc as well as toilet paper. The fridge was great! Really big and cold. Hot water supply was excellent too. The breakfast bar was fantastic! Waffle maker and eggs, sausage, yogurt and fresh fruit. I was impressed by the selection, cleanliness and efficiency of the cooking staff and cleaning staff. This will be my Go To place when I return to Columbia MO.

Wi Fi Password should be displayed in the room, not at desk. Tv channel selection was OK but METV did not work which was a bummer.

The bed was super comfortable, and the room was spotless. I liked that the sink and mirror were outside the bathroom. It had a closet as well as a dresser. There are plenty of lights in the room. The front desk clerk was super friendly and had a great sense of humor. We left before breakfast started , so we can't say anything about that. But I am sure we would've enjoyed it. Everything was perfect. My husband loved the hot shower. He said that this was the hottest shower he ever had staying in a hotel.

I don't have anything negative to say. Everything was great.

The room was large and the facilities were clean.

The breakfast was mostly highly processed foods. The tiny apples were terrible. Instant oatmeal in a packet. It was Sunday and the sign showed breakfast is open till 10am. It started closed up at 9:30 even though there were people at the tables. The pool was small and very noisy with lots of kids having a good time, but not a place for a road weary person to relax or swim a few laps.

Updated in and out, nice breakfast area, if a bit on the small side, great coffee machine and breakfast options including biscuits and gravy and freshly made waffles. Room was clean, felt comfortable taking shoes off. Very close to interstate for quick on and off fir through travelers.

The tile around the indoor pool is very slippery and the pool itself had a weird opaque color to it. You could not see your toes if submerged.

The staff, facilities, and comfortability of the room were very good for my one-night stay.

The one thing that I specifically requested was not able to be provided due to the location of the hotel and the way that it is positioned. I specifically requested a quiet room in order to sleep soundly. Unfortunately, the hotel's location is directly off the highway and the way that it is positioned makes it so that whatever room you are in, you can still hear road noise from the thousands of cars and trucks on the highway.

Tatiana was fantastic! We called because we booked the wrong day for our arrival. She was able to help us rebook without issue and ensure we were covered when we arrived on the correct day. Her suggestion to book via the Best Western app to collect points was also a bonus! Thank you Tatiana!!!

There really wasn't anything we didn't like, but if we must pick something I would say the speed of the elevator. At times it took forever to board and onboard due to the speed of the elevator especially at check-in times.

This property was very updated and clean. Each staff member that I came in contact with was super nice and helpful when needed.

There was limited parking, especially in the front plus if you wanted to loop back around you either had to turn around in the back lot or go out onto the road and pull back around. Also didn’t really like how often someone was parked under the awning. It appeared that one might have been a worker or someone affiliated in some sort of way to the hotel driving a red Tesla. Rather than parking in a spot like everyone else, they would park under the awning where no one should really be “parked”. It wasn’t a quick park either. It was there for extended time and multiple times.

The reception representatives Tatiana and Santosh are charming, smiling, and provide excellent service. The breakfast was delicious, and completely more then satisfying. The hotel representative responsible for breakfast is kind, smiling, and helpful. The hotel gave us a good experience so we decided to change our itinerary and stay at the hotel for an extra night. Excellent value for money.

facility design....limited parking along front for the central entry to registration, breakfast area, elevator, etc. adequate parking in rear, but could be a hike to the entries only at the ends of the long building, where the stairs are located. Only one ice machine for the multi-level building, on the first floor at one of the entries. be prepared for possible bag drags.

Great location for the main roads and 10 minutes from the university campus. The staff are exceptionally friendly and can’t do enough for you. Would definitely stay here again if visiting this area
