The bed was super comfortable, and the room was spotless. I liked that the sink and mirror were outside the bathroom. It had a closet as well as a dresser. There are plenty of lights in the room. The front desk clerk was super friendly and had a great sense of humor. We left before breakfast started , so we can't say anything about that. But I am sure we would've enjoyed it. Everything was perfect. My husband loved the hot shower. He said that this was the hottest shower he ever had staying in a hotel.

I don't have anything negative to say. Everything was great.

The staff, facilities, and comfortability of the room were very good for my one-night stay.

The one thing that I specifically requested was not able to be provided due to the location of the hotel and the way that it is positioned. I specifically requested a quiet room in order to sleep soundly. Unfortunately, the hotel's location is directly off the highway and the way that it is positioned makes it so that whatever room you are in, you can still hear road noise from the thousands of cars and trucks on the highway.

This property was very updated and clean. Each staff member that I came in contact with was super nice and helpful when needed.

There was limited parking, especially in the front plus if you wanted to loop back around you either had to turn around in the back lot or go out onto the road and pull back around. Also didn’t really like how often someone was parked under the awning. It appeared that one might have been a worker or someone affiliated in some sort of way to the hotel driving a red Tesla. Rather than parking in a spot like everyone else, they would park under the awning where no one should really be “parked”. It wasn’t a quick park either. It was there for extended time and multiple times.

Tatiana was fantastic! We called because we booked the wrong day for our arrival. She was able to help us rebook without issue and ensure we were covered when we arrived on the correct day. Her suggestion to book via the Best Western app to collect points was also a bonus! Thank you Tatiana!!!

There really wasn't anything we didn't like, but if we must pick something I would say the speed of the elevator. At times it took forever to board and onboard due to the speed of the elevator especially at check-in times.

The reception representatives Tatiana and Santosh are charming, smiling, and provide excellent service. The breakfast was delicious, and completely more then satisfying. The hotel representative responsible for breakfast is kind, smiling, and helpful. The hotel gave us a good experience so we decided to change our itinerary and stay at the hotel for an extra night. Excellent value for money.

facility design....limited parking along front for the central entry to registration, breakfast area, elevator, etc. adequate parking in rear, but could be a hike to the entries only at the ends of the long building, where the stairs are located. Only one ice machine for the multi-level building, on the first floor at one of the entries. be prepared for possible bag drags.

Rooms were spacious, clean upon arrival and comfortable. Front desk staff was great and so helpful….especially Tatiana and Meghan.

Location…..very noisy as right off interstate. Turned up fan at night to drown some of it out. Parking spaces are small & tight. No maid service for 3 days. Staff was willing to get them out again but it was usually too late at night to be worth it for us.

Great location for the main roads and 10 minutes from the university campus. The staff are exceptionally friendly and can’t do enough for you. Would definitely stay here again if visiting this area

The cleaning team are great but they could do better by changing bedsheets regularly and cleaning the carpets properly.

the pros and cons are both in the fact they are currently remodeling and upgrading the facilities! so for me it was all a win! and the breakfast was beyond what I had excepted for the price ! all in all I have no complaints for this facility .

Like I already said the pros and cons of the facility is it’s currently under a remodel, however the staff was amazing at letting you know what was happening and the remodel didn’t impede your stay in our room, but it was definitely noticed when checking in : to me it wasn’t something to see as a negative , since they are currently making the whole space more modern!
