They treat you with respect

The motel room has flooded. I went there, but when I came back, it was flooded in the bathroom, but they thought I had get it, but I wasn’t even there and come and find out that it was your problem with the bathroom so they move me into another room I like to death that was pretty good so yes, I would like to go back there and invite friends there. Yes, they treat you real good

I love the fact that Issac was very helpful when it came to a homeless person banging on doors and the young lady as well that was out their helping him as well they both have wonderful hearts and our friendly and easy to talked to

That the short young guy was very rude I got in late and I needed clean towels because I didn't get my room cleaned and the young man told me if I don't let them know in the front that they won't clean the room and as I took him the dirty towels he didn't show me what he was pointing to so I accidentally toss them in the trash can and he got pissed off and told me that I didn't have and kind of common sense and I took them outta of the trash can and he slammed the door and mind you I had just gotten off from a 16 hour shift from the hospital so I was very tried

We like the fact that Issac and his wife our very helpful but everyone else is very rude

I don't like the fact that housekeeping missed our room 201 not once but twice and when I went downstairs to asked why the room got missed 2 times and I have been there already almost a month and Issac and his wife and the owners our the only nice ones

Location that I needed. Tend to stay loyal to Motel6 no matter where, because no pet fee ever. Basic accommodation with no surcharges. Yes, there are occasional minor issues. That’s true everywhere.

There was no breakfast served, and the majority of the staff was friendly.

That the reservation we had made through booking was not honored and we were checked in like walk ins and that was even after we had showed the gentleman the confirmation email and number.

Good basic accommodation. No guesswork about the cost because No Pet Fee.

Some 2:00-3:00am disruptions outside on more than one day. Area is a bit rough.

Check-in person was very helpful and accommodating.. I needed to sit and he let me in to the main lobby to use a chair. Also the restroom was available

Everything was good.. the bathroom was handicap accessible and very large. There was no desk, but that was a minor inconvenience

Staff was great , had no problem with getting my deposit back.

Room was big and spacious. Had a tv with cable. Good cold A/C. and you could take a nice hot shower.

The only thing was that it didn't had a refrigerator or a microwave.

I was skeptical based on the reviews, but I thought it was great for the price. Clean room, comfortable bed, lowest rates in the entire city. just off i40. Lots of restaurants around.

Internet was extremely slow. Terrible water pressure in the shower and the water barely got above lukewarm. I ordered a pizza and the driver said I had to come meet him in the parking lot because they aren’t allowed to leave their cars at this motel. I know for a fact that means a driver was robbed here in the past. That said, I was here 4 days and never felt unsafe.
