Cleanliness

The rates are way too high. Plus $60 deposit for pet and won’t get back for 3=werks. Kinda ridiculous. We travel a lot and this is the first time we had to make a deposit. Just think rates are ridiculous for one nite stay.

As many commenters mentioned, the room was exceptionally clean, which is very important to me. Surprisingly, the beds were incredibly comfortable which greatly aided a quality sleep. I was also pleased with the arrangement of parking and very well lit lot as I traveled with a high end bicycle.

The breakfast could use some protein. Perhaps eggs or Greek yoghurt. Too carb loaded for my likes.

The place is close (between 10 to 20 minutes) driving distance to one of the malls and multiple restaurants. It's a good place for a cheap stay. The television had multiple channels, the breakfast bar was good, and the parking was fine.

During our stay we had huge thunderstorms come through that took out the power. It was fine because it was not the fault of the establishment.****

The check-in staff, and the checkout staff were amazing. Super friendly and knowledgeable . The breakfast that’s included with our stay was good too. You can make your own waffles , pick between cereal, fresh fruit, muffins, yogurt, coffee, and juice.

The number of speed bumps at this facility was a little too much . The door to my room didn’t seal properly . You could see that the door wasn’t hung properly and could see light coming from the outside . It still locked and did its job functioning as a door . At no point was I concerned about my safety because of the door.

Didn't have breakfast this time but the last time we came it was great. The location was great and easy to get to. Great location to be in close reach of where we needed to be.

They were renovating at the time we stayed so they're was a lot of noise and hollering from workers very early in the mornings. The room floor looked to not have been vacuumed when we arrived.

I've stayed here a lot over the past year. It's always very clean, comfortable, and everything works. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is small but delicious.

The only thing I don't like is that the $60 deposit has to be paid in cash. You get it back at the end of your stay, though.

It was the next hotel after having a bad night with the hotel I was at previously. They were very understanding and even though they couldn’t give me the rate I was having at the other hotel they worked with me and my kids to get in a room for the remainder of the major weekend. Staff was on point and room was top notch especially when having two little kids with me.

I had booked a smoking room by accident. But the staff went above and beyond to switch some tings around to get me a nonsmoking room. Also, great selection on the tv. We had all kinds of movies available, always something to watch.

The lights outside we so bright the entire night. I think it’s also a good thing bc maybe it’s a protection. But the blinds didn’t block out all the light so it did keep me awak a bit.
