Host who had attended us(can’t remember his name)sorry. Had been very very very nice and understanding of my situation with my service dog and had offered us an alternative route to get in and out of the building safely I can’t express how thankful we are and I will 100% be back at this hotel thank you to all the staff working as well they were all very nice. It honestly made me feel much more at ease to have had this option given to us even tho we aren’t special people we felt super important to them and it made the whole trip much better!

This was a great stay. Freindly great staff, overall excellent room and stay. Also our room was way bigger than expected. We walked across the street to an amazing dinner though the restaurant onsite for breakfast was also wonderful. We were looking around for a decent place closer to portland. This had all the great extras, fridge, spa, breakfast, and got a great deal cheaper than many others.

I believe it's an upgraded older building so still had a few minor things. I will say the shower was very slippery. Definitely a concern for some people.

The front desk staff member was very professional and helpful when I asked for help with an issue with my room. I regret that I lost the piece of paper with her name on it (my mistake due to a stressful family situation), but her assistance and professionalism were exceptional. There is a Starbucks on the ground floor, which is nice. Parking seems safe and easy.

The hotel rooms are kind of weird. Dated, I suppose. Visitors should be aware that the regular rooms, all of them without balconies, do not have windows that open. The bedspread on my bed was stained, so I just removed it and was fine using the other bedding, which was clean.

Property was nice, even though I was going through some construction. I didn’t really have an issue with that.

Property was nice like I said it was close to a lot of things places. I just don’t like the fact that there was a lot of construction going on at the time when I was staying there if I would’ve known that beforehand, I would’ve went to go stay somewhere else, but I have to cook so in advance.

The main bar area was closed. The makeshift area was small and draft beer wasn’t available. Curses! Also, I think that weird, Minion like planter with fake moss does not belong on the HANDICAPPED guest check in area. It looks ridiculous. Seriously. It needs to live somewhere else.

The property was able to accommodate our requests (high floor room with view, 2 queen bed room). The room was clean, no smells and it was comfortable. No complaints whatsoever on the rooms themselves.

Choices for breakfast could have been better and our first night, for whatever reason, one of the elevators was so noticeably stinky! The elevator was cleaned the next day but how did that smell stuck there for the rest of the night? Also, the daily parking fee and the expensive coffee/tea add to the bill. The guy who checked us in at our check-in night seemed so slow, we waited longer than what could be deemed usual or acceptable for our check-in process to be completed.

The serving staff at breakfast was exceptional. I forget our server's name, but she had teal and purple hair. She was very friendly, accommodating, and went out of her way to create a welcoming dining experience for our family

Loved the pool but they were out of towels. Promised to bring some but they never did. When my partner inquired was told that they were in dryer and would take another 30 minutes, this was 45 minutes after they told me they would send some right away. Not a big deal, but better communication would have been nice Accessibility of plugs in the room could have been better for charging multiple devices

With leafy grounds and ample parking, the Crowne Plaza Hotel at Lake Oswego is a welcome respite. The staff are affable. A particular shout out to Kat at the front desk, Daniel the hotel bar keep, and Wendy the attentive breafast server. Our room was cleaning, airy, and had comfy beds. The heat laps above the indoor pool and spa tub were a welcomed feature. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The room was a good size for two friend and a small dog. Friendly staff and nice amenities: pool, Starbuck’s, bar and restaurant. Easy parking.

Our patio was very dirty. It looked it had been ignored for months. This is NOT the hotel’s fault but there was a large group of pre-teen boys and their parents by the pool. The boys were jumping and diving into pool (so dangerous) but the parents did nothing in the way of supervision. It’s now 9:15 pm and they’re still going strong (very loud). I feel bad for other guests and hotel staff.

It felt clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool during the day and the atrium at night. The snack shack was a great bonus for us. Lots of variety. The staff was great as well as our beds. I saw previous feedback about mattresses needing to be replaced and room 403 and 409 both had adequate mattresses. We will be coming back in two weeks!
