I liked that it wasn't far to go to Portland. And there were a lot of cafes nearby where you could grab a bite to eat, as well as a Costco and Safeway nearby. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The kids liked the beds.

I didn't like that the pool was broken. They changed the filters. The air conditioner was very noisy. It was hot and I had to turn on the air conditioner at night. But the air conditioner was very noisy and prevented me from sleeping. The shower and toilet are combined. And the downside is that the doors do not close. And I constantly had to warn and ask the children not to go in.

The staff was wonderful and entertaining. We ate in the on-site bar because the tempurature was over 100 degrees (F) and we didn't want to leave the building. The price of the food was reasonable and even though the selection was limited, it tasted fabulous. The chef cooked it to order to satisfy my husband's health requirements The room and bed were very comfortable. There were a few things that would have been nice, but nothing that would change my rating of excelent

The TV was awkward to watch from the bed and the chairs had to be rearranged to watch it comfortably. Using the thermostat was not intuitive. It would have been nice to have some simple instruction. The breakfast was a disappointment.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for the first time and we really liked everything. Friendly staff, nice unusual modern design, everything is clean, almost new. For dinner we ordered salmon, salad, delicious cocktails, quiet pleasant music, friendly nice waiters. Excellent breakfast, service is better than in many restaurants, everything is clean. The room has a modern design, lots of sockets, including for charging computers and phones. Absolutely new TV, thick curtains, enough good lamps, safe, refrigerator, coffee maker - everything is new and modern. There is even an additional magnifying mirror in the bathroom, which is very convenient. There is a lot of greenery around the hotel, free parking. If we go to this city again, we will definitely stay here. I spent a long time choosing a hotel and I am very glad that I settled on this one - everything is as I like: clean, modern, friendly and beautiful. It's a pity that we did not take swimsuits - we could have swum in the pool. Many thanks to everyone who made our stay so wonderful. Highly recommended👍

We loved our King room! It had a king bed, a couch/futon, a desk, a small fridge and microwave, plus a safe to keep valuables! The room was clean and cooled prior to our arrival. The pillows were perfect and the bed, sooo comfy! There were small lights by the bed for reading, and larger lights, as well. There was an ample supply of electrical outlets, for phones or computers. The view from was serene. Trees, surrounded the hotel, making you feel like you were in the "woods," rather than across the street from a small shopping center. The hotel had ample parking plus overflow. The pool was cool and refreshing! The staff was wonderful! Very kind and professional. We were there for a birthday night, a short jaunt from Milwaukie to "get away." It was quiet, relaxing and just lovely. Breakfast, was a huge spread, of just about anything you could desire! Croissants, cheese and jam danishes, oatmeal, yogurts, juices, eggs etc, and you didn't have to be up at the crack of dawn to enjoy it! Lastly, we were able to walk across the street to go to dinner at the Lake Oswego Grill, which was pretty good. They are considered a seafood restaurant and that's what you should stick with to truly enjoy your meal. The small shopping center included: a FedEx, Starbucks, Chipotle, a Nail salon as well as other businesses. The hotel was an excellent place to stay for business AND relaxation, alike!

There were only two things we would have changed about our room. There was no small light or "night light" we could put on to light the way to the bathroom. Like in the area of the closet; It was either full light, or no light. A strip of light, would have been great to "see" by. The other thing we didn't like was the floor of the walk-in shower was extremely slippery; I put a small towel down to keep myself from falling. I did tell the staff about it before we left.

Host who had attended us(can’t remember his name)sorry. Had been very very very nice and understanding of my situation with my service dog and had offered us an alternative route to get in and out of the building safely I can’t express how thankful we are and I will 100% be back at this hotel thank you to all the staff working as well they were all very nice. It honestly made me feel much more at ease to have had this option given to us even tho we aren’t special people we felt super important to them and it made the whole trip much better!

This was a great stay. Freindly great staff, overall excellent room and stay. Also our room was way bigger than expected. We walked across the street to an amazing dinner though the restaurant onsite for breakfast was also wonderful. We were looking around for a decent place closer to portland. This had all the great extras, fridge, spa, breakfast, and got a great deal cheaper than many others.

I believe it's an upgraded older building so still had a few minor things. I will say the shower was very slippery. Definitely a concern for some people.

The front desk staff member was very professional and helpful when I asked for help with an issue with my room. I regret that I lost the piece of paper with her name on it (my mistake due to a stressful family situation), but her assistance and professionalism were exceptional. There is a Starbucks on the ground floor, which is nice. Parking seems safe and easy.

The hotel rooms are kind of weird. Dated, I suppose. Visitors should be aware that the regular rooms, all of them without balconies, do not have windows that open. The bedspread on my bed was stained, so I just removed it and was fine using the other bedding, which was clean.

Property was nice, even though I was going through some construction. I didn’t really have an issue with that.

Property was nice like I said it was close to a lot of things places. I just don’t like the fact that there was a lot of construction going on at the time when I was staying there if I would’ve known that beforehand, I would’ve went to go stay somewhere else, but I have to cook so in advance.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great personalities and senses of humors.

The main bar area was closed. The makeshift area was small and draft beer wasn’t available. Curses! Also, I think that weird, Minion like planter with fake moss does not belong on the HANDICAPPED guest check in area. It looks ridiculous. Seriously. It needs to live somewhere else.

Room was nice and interior of the hotel was clean and spacious

Having fresh coffee for guests in the lobby would have been nice. Making it in the room isn't very good. OR having coffee for sale in the morning in addition to the breakfast one can purchase. I didn't want the food. Just the coffee.
