Room felt big, liked the hard wood floor instead of carpet, nice windows to let light in, like the curved shower rod for more space, and the included shampoo and body wash actually in the shower on the wall, and lotion by the sink, was also a nice touch. I also liked the tall lamp in the corner of the room

Took until the third room to find one that was adequate, but staff were helpful. Do not like the showerhead. The television channels were at a minimum, and the screen and color were pitiful. The bed was too firm for me.

The woman who checked us in was excellent. She kept things moving, a genuine caring personality who takes pride in her role at the comfort inn and was very accommodating. After a long day she made me feel welcomed. Nowadays a smile is extra not here. Her professionalism makes the comfort inn. Golden. the workers and accommodations here are tops. Also the woman who made the breakfast was also devoted and dedicated and had everything hot and ready. Nothing to ask for she had it all ready and available ! Delicious ! Thank you comfort inn

The hotel was amazing, worth more than the cost. The most pet friendly hotel I could find in the area for the inexpensive price. It was only $10 more per night for our 45lbs dog, which they welcomed with open arms. Gave us a bag of treats right at check in. The room was big and clean, the tv channels were plentiful, USB ports on every lamp, secure door, and super friendly staff. We appreciated the hotel's approach to room service, which was no room service unless you ask. THUMBS UP!!! We are clean minimal people that prefer our privacy. The front desk was staffed at all times for customer assistance. The continental breakfast wasn't great, but the fact they had any free breakfast for that price is extra frosting on the cake, free coffee, apple and orange juice -scrambled eggs, sausage patties, cereal, waffle maker, some fruit, yogurt, and peanut bars. The ice machine wasn't the easiest to find on the 3rd floor. Finally, all the close parking spots are preassigned or reserved parking for VIP members. Plus, UBER was readily available at all hours (Sat and Sun 4am) within 10minutes of pick-up.

Not much to not like here, but the parking spots could be closer. The breakfast could use some love. The linens are 100% stiff as nails POLYESTER, I am a true believer in COTTON, WOOLS and natural materials!

I accidentally booked the wrong date that night at 10pm, however, I like that the staff was able to change that date for me at 1030pm.

I didn’t like that I couldn’t change the date through booking.com. I know it was my fault for accepting the wrong date. But I was tired (10pm) and wanted the nearest hotel right away. Being tired, I didn’t notice that by default booking.com selected the following day not the current day. After I hit the book now button, it was too late, and I couldn’t fix my mistake online. But thankfully the staff at comfort inn was able to change my accommodation. Hopefully I didn’t get double charged?

Clean, stocked rooms, comfortable beds, and all essentials (microwave, refrigerator, working AC). This isn't a "luxury" hotel, but it's functional, tidy, and friendly. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful! No complaints; it was exactly what we needed/expected. Bonus: No smoking permitted in building!

Rates could be a little more up-front. There were some unexpected "fees", but we were able to work it out.

The front desk lady who helped us check in on Saturday, May 13th was very friendly. I wish there were more receptionists like her. The room was very clean and smelled very fresh. NO carpets! That was important for us. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good, with eggs, sausages, different kinds of bread, cereal, fruit etc. Overall, the hotel definitely deserves 10 out of 10.

The lady at the front desk on May 14th in the morning shift was not friendly at all. I hope she just had a bad day (which, in my opinion, should not have affected us) and will be able to offer more friendly vibes to her travelers on other days.

I liked the eggs much better than the typical scrambled. Sausage good! My partner would have liked peanut butter. But the very best thing was the room! It was immaculate!!! And had tons of fanned washcloths and even the tissue in the box had been fanned! LA the desk clerk was very efficient and apologized when we waited (a super short wait). She was very friendly and acknowledged us each time we entered or exited. But let me say again, the room was immaculate!! The mattress may have sagged a tiny bit but cleanliness and friendliness go a long way to make up for anything. Loved the pictures of downtown too

Sorry we didn't eat breakfast due to late sleeping in all weekend & monday morning but everything else was great thank you & it's really not much to say when u have a great time & no complaints

Everything was excellent from my point of view we had no dislike's even with the lock system up & down we still had excellent service with that in control

Location, easy to find and near to places we were interested in. Bed was comfortable.

Toilet had a run on problem. And the light switch for the toilet/shower room was inconveniently located out of the room. The housekeepers skipped our room on Sunday, so no housekeeping during our stay.

It was amazing. We got in really early in the morning after an exhausting trip there. The guy who checked us in was so quick and understanding. He had me checked in before I was out of the bathroom. I really appreciate how quick. My bed was so comfortable. I have been travelling a lot lately and this has been one of the better places.
