The staff, front desk, cleaners were all polite, respectful, and they chuckled at my small jokes. The room was roomier and a real effort was made in the design and color of it. Bed was perfect, except for the pillows which were very, very light and under-filled with torn up material or something. That's not the hotel's fault. It's the corporation that makes these misguided decisions. Too bad. Luckily we had brought our own solid pillows. The sheets and mattress had us turning off the light earlier than we do at home. We both had good, long sleeps.

See above, just the pillows were dreadful, but we had brought some of ours. We're camping in a place next that has no linens or pillows, etc

The room was clean and there was a good bit of room. We had a couch that was comfortable and a table with an office chair. An extra chair for the table would have been nice. The mattress was very firm and not uncomfortable but not the best. The toilet was uncomfortable. Sitting very low to the floor was challenging but manageable but the water level was close to the seat and parts of me got wet when using it. I was unable to wipe without submersing my hand and toilet paper in the nasty. There was no liquid antibacterial soap to wash with, only a very small bar. The breakfast was good but they seemed to be out of a lot of items except the essentials, coffee, eggs, waffles, sausage and gravy. I liked the breakfast! The staff were very nice and professional. I am grateful that my dog was allowed even at a higher rate, as this was the purpose of our stay. He had heart surgery nearby. I hope we never have to stay here again. I will say too that the grounds were not well kept with an incredible amount of cigarette butts everywhere and the dog owners apparently don't pick up after their pets which makes walking your dog for that purpose unpleasant. No smoking was overemphasized which leads one to suspect that might be a problem with the guests. Our room did not smell like that but a room next to us was cleaned and the smell of the cleaners was overpowering and easily perfumed our room at the time.

I only stayed the one night and did not indulge in the breakfast due to the time available to me for my obligations that day. I liked the easy access, the location relative to downtown, the quiet enviornment, the well lighted parking area, the polite courteous and friendly staff. I like the cleanliness, like-new room with comfortable bed and quietness. I was very very quiet. The TV worked fine, there were plenty of outlets for my devices, the air-conditioning was quiet and effective. The price was amazing!

Nothing, absolutely nothing!

We liked that the hotel was close to a lot of different things that we wanted to do or restaurants that we don’t have in our hometown so we could try new things. We traveled with 2 dogs so we knew we would be on one of the bottom levels with access to the back door of the hotel to be able to take them outside but it was a nice surprise when they were still able to upgrade our reservation from a deluxe king to an executive king room.

The elevator closest to the back door was pretty slow. We never used the other elevators and I know the hotel was 7 floors however waiting what felt like 5 minutes each time for an elevator that you can hear running and not stopping at every single floor is a little excessive

They only clean room every 3rd day of stay. You have to discard your own trash. The breakfast was hit and miss depending how early you went down. I requested extended 2 hr stay or for my bags to be held because of late departure and they wanted $40 extra but I finally allowed me 1 hr because they didnt want to hold my bags. Maria, who checked us in, was pleasant Cristina of Night staff was extremely helpful when I needed extra toiletries, garbage bags and fixed heater that would not turn on. Gave us information as to getting around.

The gentleman who checked us out needs retraining as he couldnt answer a few questions and said I had to wait for Manager who wasnt available. Not sure I would want to stay there again.

The two room king suits have amplible amounts of room, especially if you have little ones. There is lighting in every corner of the room, with 2 large windows giving off lots of light. The hotel is in a very convenient location, right off the interstate and down the street about 3 lights away from the mall, bookstores, food, shopping centers, etc. The hotel has a snack pantry located in the lobby for late night treats if you're too lazy to go to the gas station next door.

The carpet is old, a little gross, and has stains everywhere. The same goes for the couch, I believe they have been there since the hotel first opened.

I needed a 1 night stay and I usually would take aim for a La Quinta.

Affordable and clean, could do something about the coffee maker. The set up to make a cup was not great, I was ironing while it percolate and the pod holder was pushed out and coffee hit the floor and myself. I'm sure their are better affordable units at a bulk buy.

The hotel is in a good location and has strong value. I would have preferred a hot breakfast but I understand the equipment had to be replaced. This hotel seems to be the choice of out of town workforces with all the big trucks and fleet vehicles.

I didn't prefer to have to call ahead for room service

Hotel inside is nice and clean, room was comfortable and clean ,the staff very nice and helpful, breakfast war ok needed more variety fruits and pastry.

In 3 different occasions I wrote in the questionnaire about the pet fee for a small pet and after I called the front desk I was told the charge is $50.00 dollar charge in case the pet damage anything and after 5 days I will get reimbursed after they charge $25.00 dollar for every day we stay is sad I picked this hotel for my wedding anniversary and learned about this charges very dissatisfied.

EVERYTHING!!! My suite is set up like a nice apartment. With a large full living room, plenty of storage and a separate bedroom through glass French doors it’s more then accommodating while I’m displaced from my apartment flooding under a couple of inches of water. The staff have become more like friends than business acquaintances. I’ve stayed at about ten hotels now. From basic extended stays, higher end expensive extended stay hotels downtown for >$2,000 a week. I’m uncertain as to how long this is going to last, however, I’ve found where I’m starting at until my place is fixed.

I wish the laundry room was on my floor lol
