1-Love the cleanliness of the room. 2-Friendliness of staff. Adequate employees. No shortage. 3-Attention to detail in room prep and refresh. 4-The ac worked great. 5-Water pressure was good too. 6- lots of great food choices for breakfast 7- checkout process was easy & fast. 9- manager loves plants. Office and property shows or great care 10- room is large. Love the furniture: bed, seating, desk, 11 - amenities ate great. Fairly bew fridge & microwave. 12- Lots of outdoor seating around pool. Pool very clean 13- vending was available 14- parking has electric car charging Station. 15- available trash and smoking bins outside .

(1) Having no choice in room location. With no elevator. It was tough carrying heavy luggage up a flight of exterior stairs. I have torn rotator cuffs and scoliosis. Carrying heavy objects is risky. (2) connection for tv failed all day my last night DirectTV-no signal (3) i couldn't connect wifi. I had access, but didn't work (4) carpet stain. Room smell, but most hotels have the same scent of dirty carpet.

I loved how sweet the staff was and how clean the rooms were . The maids are real sweet . The stay has been very pleasant. I would suggest the motel to friends and family.

The bed was very comfortable.

The shower didn't have a lot of water pressure and the shower head popped off easily.

Breakfast should have had bacon, however it was average.

The room size... Bigger TV and an adjustable bed would be considered a major asset.

Easy in and out, although my grandkids didn’t get to swim they liked the pool.

Took time to get the tv to work, remote control didn’t work, tried to call the office but only heard static. Not an egg only person would have like some sausage or ham or bacon, there was no coffee.

Breakfast was quite good! Sausages and pancakes, coffee was ok too! The only problem was that it ended quite early the breakfast time (around 930) even on Sundays.

Reception Staff were very friendly, cleaning staff were polite and hardworking. Location was perfect for us as we were visiting family nearby. There was a good selection for breakfast every morning. Room was comfortable. Swimming pool was a bit small but as we were the only ones using it during our stay it was fine. Having the Walmart next door was very handy.

The gym facilities could have been better. There was only cardio machines and no weights. Also the air con in the gym was not working properly.

Room was clean and comfortable.

No inside entry to the room - and the decor is a bit dated. No elevator to 2nd floor was not mentioned in the hotel description.

No hallways or elevators, very private. There is a dog park area, also there is another great park to walk around on the other side of the fence from the dog park. There is a washer and dryer on the premises. It's very clean, The staff is very friendly.
