Not far from downtown and easy check in. The room was nice and clean.

Homeless around. One was on our floor as we were going down. We didn't know at first but he appeared odd with his mannerisms. While eating across the street from the hotel we saw him walking around the street periodically.

The guy who did late night checkin was great! He explained everything well and answered all of our questions! Room was clean and spacious! Breakfast was great! Waffles, eggs, sausage and bacon and much more

Nobody was cleaning the breakfast tables! They were all dirty, we ended up cleaning our own. Maybe have someone check more often, we never saw anyone come clean up the whole time we were eating. Time for a deep clean of the chairs/tables too! Please Move the sofa!! It’s right in front of the lobby door! It’s a pain for customers bringing their luggage or the cart through!

It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The patio/ sitting area outside was very nice as well. The staff were nice and accommodating to the best of their abilities. Didn't get to try the breakfast but it looked good. The room was a nice size too and the stay was good.

The wait for check in. We got to the hotel at 1:45 and was told there was no checking in until 3. Another couple had been waiting since 11am to check in but the staff eventually got us checked in around 2:45.

The rooms and hallways were spotless and well-organized. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the stay feel welcoming. For the price, it was a great value. The location is also convenient to the River Walk if you have a car.

The breakfast area was quite small and became crowded quickly in the mornings. The food selection was decent, though some items, like the cereals, were from lower-quality brands.

The hotel was clean and the location was good.

We were only given 1 set of towels per person. We found that we needed additional towels. The breakfast was not very well stocked one of the mornings that we were there. The staff member in charge of the breakfast area was sitting in the back talking to another employee and it was not work related. She needed to be restocking items. I was also very disappointed that they did not have a guest laundry.

Great location! So close to the Frost Bank Center! The neighborhood was a little sketchy but quiet Staff was nice Room was clean and big! Elevator was kind of scary lol, it was slow and outdated, one time it took us to the fifth floor where we were staying, the doors didn’t open and it went back down to the first floor. I was afraid of getting stuck there lol Breakfast was ok

Staff was lovely had no issues. Super close to downtown SA, more like a 7 minute drive. Breakfast was delicious. Small pool but clean. And their patio was nice even to enjoy your outdoor breakfast.

They do have one elevator so just be patient. It is quite run down, some things are stained and they need to be replaced. For the price it’s okay.

It was very clean and updated.Service was great.Hotel is centrally located very close to everything (Fort Travis graduation ceremonies, downtown San Antonio Riverwalk, restaurants) without having to get onto the highway.

I can't think of a thing we didn't like. It was perfect.

I wasn't expecting much, because Best Western is a value brand. However, it was surprisingly nice! The rooms were spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was good (albeit, very very busy). All in all, it was equivalent to staying at a Hampton Inn or Holiday Inn.

It was pretty good. It would have been nice to have another elevator - there were a lot of large groups there, and we had to wait for the elevator on several occasions. Also, cereal on the breakfast buffet would have been nice for my kids. But we were really pleased overall.

The room size was good, bed was comfortable, and it was very clean especially when checking out the housekeeping did a great job on removing sheets and cleaning rooms.

They didnt have extra sheets and blanket for the pullout sofa in the room and in the area where the sofa was there was no tv just in the other bedroom.
