I liked the location because it was in an area that was good for me. The parking was tight, but it was close to the freeway, so that is about as good as it will get.

I feel that everything was good from what I could tell. I wasn't there to look at the hotel, but to get a good nights sleep and that is what I was able to do with peace of mind.

The location is a walking distance to Alamodome and a few blocks from downtown Riverwalk. So if your main focus in downtown area it’s perfect.

I would have loved some regular size pillows but the rooms were very clean and we just needed a place to park and stay the night. We would stay again

Perfect location close to downtown. The check in process was easy and room was very clean. Parking is free onsite compared to most hotels in the downtown area. We will gladly book here again on our next vacation.

It would have been nice to have a earlier check in/check out. It was 4pm-11am. E asked about a earlier arrival to check in at 3 and were told it would be an additional $30 for one hour earlier to check in.

It's in a kinda sad sketchy neighborhood, but the hotel itself is nice inside. So don't let the surrounding scare you off. Reserve parking in their lot ahead of time, and you're fine.

Someone brought additional carts and took our paint spot and we had to park on the street.

Nora, the lady who welcomed us to the hotel was exceptional she could not have been more helpful, she stayed late after her shift as our train was late to make sure we got checked.in ok and was full of useful recommendations . Location was perfect for our 2 night stay 10 minutes walk from the Riverwalk 15 to the Alamo if I remember correctly. No breakfast was included but lots of good value diners nearby.. 5 minutes walk from Amtrak in a safe neighbourhood

Can't think of any negatives . This place is a hidden gem.

Our receptionist was the SWEETEST, super friendly, helpful, and informative. I wish I could remember names but I believe it was either Nora or Norma (we stayed October 7th and met her at around 5. Hopefully she gets credit because she truly was so sweet. Definitely want to book there again just because of her. Our room was super clean and the bed was so comfy we slept as soon as we got back from our night out. Also, I want to mention I'm very quick to notice anything that's dirty in the restroom and I was very surprised at how clean it was, even the shower was spotless.

Wifi was not available to us, they did mention they were working on it though. My only complaint about the room was that it was very dim, wish there was more lighting.

I rode the train in so it was a great location, short walk and also a short walk from downtown for those who love a good walk.

I stayed for one night so I didn’t notice anything negative. The vending machine was broken but that’s about it.

The room was not a far walk from where we wanted to visit parking is high so we was able to walk from room to Alamo. Nothing fancy but good for the price!

It’s small, and had nothing to offer at property no ice, drink machine or breakfast.

Owners were really nice and accommodating. Gave recommendations. Felt very welcomed.

Room was small. However, it had all we needed and it was just us and our son, so it was not a big issue. We would definitely stay again.

The room was very clean and close to the Riverwalk . The spa tub was wonderful .

The hotel doesn't offer breakfast . House keeping doesn't come everyday to change bed sheets or pick up the dirty towels . Our check out time was 12pm , whenever we left the room around 9am to put our bags in the vehicle the door wouldn't allow us to use our key cars to get back into the room. We had to go back to the front and have them reopen it.
