The hotel was clean and conveniently around a lot of things. I’ve stayed here about 3 times already and haven’t had any issues with the cleanliness besides some stains on the bedsheets and marks on walls but that’s no dealbreaker for me. The bathrooms were really clean, sinks, floors, all clean. No bugs at all, the hotel is relatively quiet minus sometimes at night it being a little loud through other people staying there. No deposit thankfully! Parking was $15 a night so I payed $48 for 3 nights 4 days which is not too bad. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and will continue to stay here in the future ! Also the staff were really nice and helpful.

The stains on the bedsheets and tiny marks, flat pillows

First of all, I was very hesitant about booking this place as previous reviews seemed terribly consistent. However, I enjoyed my stay here. Location: Excellent, I had a conference at the Henry B Gonzales Convention Center. It was like a 6-7 mins walk. The River Centre Mall & Riverwalk a 4 mins walk, the Alamo a 6-7 mins walk and many other attractions nearby. Easy access to public transportation Room: Clean upon entry, great view of the city and highway. I booked a Deluxe suite, so a microwave and mini fridge was included which was a plus for storing and reheating food supplies. No breakfast included which was known, but was pleased that they had a tea/coffee station in the mornings and hot water available through out the day for guest to make their own tea/coffee at their convenience. They supplied laundry service at a minimal cost Parking: Paid Parking ($15 daily + tax), though I found this should not be charge to guest, it did put my mind at ease knowing that the vehicle I rented is safely parked and monitored. Alternate parking under the bridge close by could have been an option, but I did not want to risk it. Good thing I did not rent a vehicle for my entire stay.

1. I reached the hotel before check-in time, possibly closer to 1pm, thought my room was ready, the hotel wanted me to pay an early check-in fee of $25. I found this ridiculous, so decided to leave my luggage and chill out by the pool then walked to the nearby mall. 2. No washroom facilities available for guest while they wait to be checked-in. So imagine the dilemma there..hummmm. 3. You are charge $3 per night for use of the safe in your room. I did not use mine so I was refunded within 24 hours 4. The air conditioner was a bit loud at times, but worked nonetheless. 5. Paid Parking

Pets stay free and extras given for a premium room was a surprise. That was a really unexpected and nice and staff was very friendly and informative. Loved that parking was established for guests. 100% smoke free as my daughter has asthma. She still got a little stuffy but didn’t have an attack.

If only owners of property can do some upgrades on furnishings, carpets, I know it’s an established hotel but more care into it goes a long way; like your staff does when it comes to cleaning rooms.

We park our truck, unload our bicycles & pedal the city. This location is one of the best in town! It’s near major grocery stores, and right in the middle of all the activity that Downtown has to offer. The same room, across the freeway, would have been almost 3 times the price. This is a pet friendly facility.

The tiles in the bathroom were wood plank and were suffering a little bit from moisture. The room did not come with a mini fridge. That surprised me. That was the only downside.

I really love staying here its very nice and convenient except that they charged me $25 for one hour early check in time which is fine except that the room they gave me the air conditioner was not working and they gave me a new room which was excellent< but I believe that they should of waived those $25 being that the a/c was not working

I liked the set up of the room, the accessories provided like iron service and facilities, the towels and comfortable mattress. I also liked the cooling system of the room.

I disliked the way that the cleaning of the washroom is not done everyday. I also disliked the socket for charging which are all only American socket . You should include variate because all visitors are not only from US.

It was close to the stadium where we watched Billy Joel and sting live. And then a 15 minute walk from the museums. Desk reception was so nice even when I got a confirmation email send to my phone when I was in line waiting to check in that my room was cancelled but they made sure it was not it was crazy

There was a cockroach on our last night but I killed it

1. Extremely Dog Friendly 2. Really close to alot of activity about 20min walk give or take for the river walk activity 3. Out of 5 star for security i give it a 3 mostly because you do have a large homeless population in San Antonio

1. Its a little hidden and traffic can get bad pretty fast

But I like about the property is that I didn’t have any issues with the water or no dirty sheets. The reception is upfront at night was extremely nice very polite and very helpful.

The TV didn’t work. None of the channels worked. And I don’t like that you have to pay for parking. I believe that’s something that should be included.

Location was great and very convenient! The lady that work at night was very helpful. And I asked what area was safe to walk at and she informed us what area to avoid and areas we would enjoy.

Since they charged me unexpected parking during check-in $18.58 it was convenient to leave the car at the parking lot/garage and walk everywhere we needed to. I didn’t mind paying, I would have appreciated to know ahead of time about the parking Fee that I thought I already paid for when Booking the Room before hand.
