Location was within walking distance of Riverwalk and Alamo and several things to do which was good since parking is valet only at $30-35 a night. Hotel was clean and nice. Would stay again.

Parking - it would be nice if we could go in and out on one fee for each day instead of paying every single time you use your car to go anywhere.

Returning customer! The price-quality is perfect, together with the location. Some things are basic - e.g., the quality of the printer in the business centre but one should see that this service is simply included and therefore there is nothing to complain about. The breakfast is good - one can have coffee/ tea and juice, get fresh fruits and warm ingredients (eggs, sausage, patatoe, etc.), toast and waffles. There is also a pool but again, I could not try it... Of course, one can pay much more - but this is really sufficient. The people are kind!! THANKS!

So far I always had a kingsize bed; similar hotels would offer two queens... This hotel is not the greenest; there are no reusable dishes for breakfast... in other respects they make progress, however.

Liked everything about this hotel. Very clean, felt safe and comfortable, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Fabulous location! Good breakfast. Highly recommended.

Only one thing and very very minor; the placement of the shampoo and body wash containers are in the way while showering. They should be on a different wall. However, the products were wonderful. Loved the shampoo and conditioner.

Enjoyed the valet parking- despite the price tag. They are quick and convenient. Pool and hot tub were good, exercise room was as well. All the staff save one person were very very nice, friendly, and helpful! They are doing something right in management here. Very comfy beds and quiet rooms aside from Sunday night.

Rooms weren’t exceptionally clean. There was someone else’s scrunchie in the corner next to our bed during the entire week stay. Due to the humidity none of the towels would dry so we had to get new towels daily. Counter top was never cleaned/wiped off and bathroom floor was sticky until I cleaned it after three days with a wash cloth. Didn’t get new ice bags a couple of times. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Watery oatmeal and refried beans are just not for everyone. Same food, no real selection. I get it- most don’t stay a week.

Nothing on the hotel. But noise penetrates the walls. Street noise is on a whole nother level while trying to sleep. Again , hotel fault on this is none , just a side note. Hotel fault : -toilet paper was a smidgen bit better than sand paper

The breakfast was nice every morning, the staff made the experience enjoyable. They were all so kind and the valet guys were quick every morning. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The bathtub drain did not work is the only thing!

Booked a room with kingsize bed, got 2 queensized beds instead. Appearantly the hotel decides what room you are in and it doesn't look at what you booked on Booking.

The staff were amazing! Every single one went out of their way to make us feel welcome, to help and go the extra mile. All very friendly and happy to share local knowledge with some great recommendations. The hotel was spotlessly clean, great and thoughtful facilities in very comfortable, spacious room with lovely furnishings. Valet team were also great. Brilliant breakfast with lovely food and a wide range of products available. Really made to feel at home in SA. Will be back on our next trip. Can't recommend highly enough. Thank you all, you guys are getting this absolutely right.

I think bathrooms can be cleaned a little better When I washed my hands the sinks looked like it was so ready for a good clean with dawn soap Dawn soap does the job That’s about the only thing I didn’t like not too clean in the bathrooms

great location to the riverwalk except that the hotel was very close to homeless shelters etc and it would not have felt safe to walk alone and it didn't feel like a good idea to park the car anywhere else but with the valet and that was $33 per night - expensive! the staff was very nice and helpful - great recommendation for a restaurant
