Location was nice, within walking distance of Convention center, river walk, mall, Alamo and much more. Doors locked for security and couldn’t get in elevators without room key. 2 free attraction tickets- we did Rio boat ride on river walk- which is in walking distance.

Parking. There is $10 parking but was full due to event so had to park at River center $40 /24 hr and walk with luggage. This was a cheaper option than sister hotel.

I was very pleased with the hotel. It was exceptionally clean, well-appointed, and situated in an ideal location

One aspect I was not satisfied with was the need to change rooms due to an issue with the door not locking properly. Although the engineering team eventually addressed the problem, the process took quite some time, which unfortunately caused a significant delay in our plans for the day.

Breakfast was decent but was overpriced.

The size of the room and that the beds were full size and not queen size. The hours for breakfast did not start until 7:00 AM, a start of 6:30AM would have been preferred. The price for breakfast was overpriced. Recommend to offer a continental breakfast to be included or a reduced price for the continental breakfast.

I loved the in-house restaurant, great tasting food. All around cleanliness of the grounds and the staff is great. We had the pleasure of the executive lounge, which was wonderful. The lounge staff was great and super friendly.

I didn’t like the loudness of the surrounding area, which you can’t help since the hotel is literally sitting along the Riverwalk. The rooms are a little outdated. Restroom door didn’t close all the way; and the toilet; shower glass door; and restroom door proximity were way too close together, it was super tight. Our hotel room door was a little crooked & had a small gap on top, not sure what that was about.

Upon arrival the staff was so friendly & courteous & even took our luggage to & from our room & loaded/Unloaded our vehicle. The room was so beautiful, cozy & relaxing & the view was spectacular & everything was in walking distance. we didn't need to pull our car out for anything. The Pool area was very nice, Pool, Pool Table, Exercise room & relaxation. The food is amazing. I definitely will stay her any time I come to San Antonio. Good Price for the hotel

Bed was a little stiff, but it was still comfortable. Really No Complaints. Overall We slept good & still had a great nights rest. The bed was new so just need to be broken in LOL :-)

Location, location, location! Being able to walk down to the River Walk, shopping, The Alamo, was perfect. Plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were super comfortable. Elevators were a little tricky but we did well after that.

Needs a little updating to look a little more modern like the Marriott Rivercenter, but still wonderful.

Location was great. staff was friendly. Property was clean.

Maid service. Never got more cream or sugar for my coffee and one day the room was not cleaned even though I was gone for most of the day. Pool was ice cold.

Parking - not a lot of options besides expensive valet parking. Also the $25 fee per day that was charged to our rooms for food/attractions that we did not use.

Our assigned room was still occupied (do not disturb hanger). So the bellman hurried down 8 stories and got us another room. When we entered it had only one bed. The bellman hurried down 8 stories. We were upgraded without charge to a 28th story room with a free concierge room with complimentary beverages, evening snack and desserts and breakfast. The whole experience was FIRST RATE!!!!!!

Location to the Riverwalk and all other activities was excellent. Excellent room and bed. Nice bathroom and shower.

I really didn’t have anything I didn’t like about the property. The only thing was the noise from the street And the noise from the refrigerator.
