The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great! There were lots of options to choose from. Check in and out was easy, and the hotel was secure. I liked that a key was required for entry at all times. Luggage storage was available after my check-out, and they let me leave my car in the secure parking as well.

There was hair in my bathtub upon arrival, and I didn't like that you have to walk underneath the interstate to get to the riverwalk and convention centers. It felt unsafe and there were people under the overpass in the low lighting. The location is fine, but not great.

Everything. If you have an event at the Alamodome, it is the perfect location. Short walk in a completely safe area to the river walk, Tower of the Americas, and Alamo. Hotel staff was amazing. The cleanliness of this hotel was perfection. Great kitchenette’s in room and nice hot breakfast served every morning. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. We will be back!

Nothing really. The parking area to park your car was about a block away. You can however park in a 15 minute parking spot and unload your car before pulling your car over to the gated parking area. Watch out for the trees in the lot. They leak sap if you park under one.

GPS guided us straight to the property, but we drove past the 15 minute parking area and stopped outside the entry door. No problem, we unloaded our vehicle, then received instructions from the front desk about parking. We were charged only $27 for our three night stay. Using our room card, we were able to access a gated parking lot less than 500 feet from the hotel. Out King room(s) were spacious, and very clean. We could hear the elevator operating during the evening, but it was a minor distraction. Good sized refrigerator, microwave, regular 12-cup coffee maker, sugar, creamer, pots, pans and eating utensils in the kitchen area. Bathroom was clean, shower/tub had rack with complimentary bath gel, shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast was good and plentiful, the pseudo eggs, sausage, potatoes, pancakes, oatmeal and fresh fruit. Location was excellent for us retirees…the Alamo was less than a mile’s walk away!

Only one tiny negative…the room coffee maker needs descaling, it took over 30 minutes to brew a pot of java.

Location, location, location. Maybe a city blocks worth of a walk from the convention center and river walk mall. There were also restaurants within walking distance. I will absolutely be staying there again for any event I have downtown.

My only gripe is that, while there are restaurants nearby, they’re all a bit too high class for my taste. I don’t mind an upscale restaurant with bougie menus and overpriced drinks, but sometimes you just want a quick burger or cheap pizza. There were some good ones in the area, just not as close and I’d hoped.

I had a great stay at this hotel! It’s within walking distance of the Riverwalk, making it super convenient to explore the area. The hotel was easy to find, and the $30 parking fee for the duration of my stay was much more reasonable than the downtown hotels that only offer valet parking. The room itself was spacious and very clean, and the bed was comfy. Breakfast was with a variety of options to choose from. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Overall, I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

It was a last minute booking after a bad air bnb left us stranded and Adriana and Louisa saw my distress and helped us get settled. Without asking then sent us the extra bedding we needed, we had extra towels and they checked in on us multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed. They also listened to my story and told me they would do what they can to help. All the staff there were super nice including the breakfast ladies! The hotel was clean, breakfast was nice and then washers and dryers were an added bonus.

No place to unload without getting wet when it rains.

Loved the gated parking lot. The staff was so nice and helpful! Free washer & dryer. The room had a full fridge, plus stove, dishwasher, etc. Basically a little apartment which was awesome! Pool and pool area was nice too. Also the Dove brand shampoo/conditioner felt luxury. & that you had to have a key card just to get into the hotel was nice & felt secure too.

I wish there was vending. The pantry area was way overpriced. The area also seemed super sketchy even though I felt totally safe IN the hotel

Fantastic location about 5 min walk from Alamodome. also accessible to riverwalk but a little longer walk. But there are busy bars only a block away as well.

Because we were in a busy block with late night bars, it was a little noisy at night well past midnight. It did not bother us so much especially since we were about 5 floors up, but for those that value quiet at night this place may be a problem.

i loved the late check out time it was awesome and helped make me feel less stressed at the end of our stay

i heard a staff member make a comment about my 2 year old spilling cherrios on the floor to another guest they both didnt know that i was standing right behind them still because my sister was the one holding my child at that time, i didnt make it into a big deal i simply apologized and moved on with my day as i was on vacation and didnt have that type of energy in me that day lol

Very friendly staff! They were willing to do anything to help us out and they were all so polite!!! room was very good size and had everything we could ever need! The social hour with light dinner was a great thought but not very tasty. In a great location- close driving distance to a lot of tourist areas. Room was very comfortable!

Room was pretty clean but for a 9.5 cleanliness rating there were a few things that could have been cleaner if I'm being picky. (Very picky)Little things like using the vacuum hose around the edges of the room, the dresser drawers were dusty and had hair in them which is pretty normal most places and we don't usually use them but we did this time since we stayed for several nights. I gave them a quick dusting and they were good to go.
