The bed was comfortable, the view was OK , i liked the extra chair with audamin and small end table so sit on the computer with put having to be at the desk or inbed and i could watch the TV at the same time they do offer at least offer a pay per view movie unlike the other hotel we stayed at the night before

could have had an extra blanket for my wife i sleep cold shes always cold, the device broadcast app was impossible to use and or the app based channel again impossible to hookup or get working coffee provided was horid i would have prefffered sanka i understand theres a coffee shop somewhere close but coffee immediatly upon waking up is a ritual, and maybe a few more vending machines i get it theyre unsightly but in a pinch it beats waiting an hour for uber or braving the vagents which were very minimal thanks to security

amsi was all smiles , staff is usually our first touch point, glad it was her. confirmed free breakfast (buffet which was delish but if not free $36) w my 3rd party booking and seemed to have All the answers even at checkout! nice room great view comfy bed a bit warm in the room but No NOISE! parking was a bit painful bc valet was $$$ but public lot across the street much mess $$ valets were so nice ! ty made the heat bearable. ps rooftop pool was gorgeous

great location and right off the riverwalk . Ruth Chris. ring inside the hotel was perfect and we enjoyed their food and service . Facility was nice and easy to navigate .

the pool should’ve been clean everyday. my feet kept getting caught in hair which grossed me out. Needs more shaded areas by the pool . there was also construction of some sort out entries stay that was so bad, we moved at 1130 pm the night before we left so we could at least sleep in one night . They refunded our parking for the inconvenience (which was $60 a night ) .

I liked the location of the hotel to the Riverwalk and alamodome. I also liked the convenience of parking options for my car. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. I arrived early, and they were able to check me into a room. I was expecting to wait until check-in time, but they were able to accomated me early. That was appreciated. They have dining at the hotel- ruth chris steak house, or you can eat on the Riverwalk. Access to the river walk is right at the hotel, too.

I had a very enjoyable stay. No dislikes

Here are things I was dissatisfied with. Pay almost 50 a day for parking. Breakfast included in stay yet was charged for it even after asking twice about it at front desk and have to call to get credited back. Still wanted to upcharge me for a room on higher floor with better view when I was already paying a high premium for the room. The property was beyond clean bed was great other than these things hotel itself was beautiful and great and clean.

The hotel is at the "end" of the river walk, close to food. So excellent location for that. Took the boat ride to see the lights. Beautiful and highly recommend a trip. I like that we went back to the hotel bar and had a drink before bed. But like everywhere it was expensive. So just enjoy... of course extra for parking and such.

Nothing, went during the week so crowds where there.

Great location with easy to walk to many attractions, dining options and shopping. Nice hotel with all the amenities needed. They also have an excellent virtual Topgolf set up and the gym is very well equipped.

They often have conventions and conferences at this hotel and this leads to long queues to access the elevator in order to get to your room. We were waiting over 20mins one evening to get back to our room as a group had just finished their sessions for the day.

Didn't eat breakfast at the hotel but did enjoy alot if the surrounding restaurants

What I didn't agree with was the parking fee that was charged, when I booked my stay from booking.com it stated that all fees and taxes was included with my reservation other than that everything was outstanding.

The hotel was exceptionally clean. The staff was amazing! I wish I could remember everyone’s name! Everyone was warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. The young man that checked us in, went out of his way to help me with some information. The young man in the little market was so helpful with our selections. The valet team is amazing! I think they would have driven me home had I asked them. lol! Every one and every thing was perfect!

When we pulled in to the property it was a little confusing as to where we were supposed to go for valet parking. The young man that directed us was very professional and friendly.

The hotel was wonderful. It was easy to park, too. The parking ended up being free. It was easy to get to the Riverwalk and restaurants. I highly recommend staying here. The rooms on the 12th floor all adjoined. I asked for adjoining rooms and the lady at the desk said they didn't. But, when we arrived they adjoined.

Everything was great. I wouldn't change anything.
