I loved the close proximity to the Riverwalk and all of the sights and things to do all within walking distance, beautiful scenery.

The hotel branch should offer a price drop due to the ongoing construction noise in the morning but everything else was good.

It was very clean and had nice touches, close to Riverwalk . It’s on it but not quite as close to action-quite a hike to the big stuff but still on Riverwalk, loved the pool. The wall gave good shade with the waterfall which was cooling in hot days. The shower is very nice. I love the river rock floor in shower. The breakfast was amazing even though you had to pay for it.

The construction was an eye sore. No good view of Riverwalk from the east room-only parking lot. The checkin was not clear when you walked in. They sort of had to chase us down but that wasn’t a big deal. It was just a little annoying because the lady acted like it was our fault for walking past her when she wasn’t even. Up there greeting us . Ok not our fault when you didn’t have anyone to greet us hello. Anyways… they should announce that they are at the very end of the Riverwalk and not close to any of the action. It’s at least a good mile to walk to any of the big Riverwalk an action. Also they should announce that their path to the Riverwalk was closed off, even though it was not that far of a walk it still was not disclosed.

When first checking in. The front desk guy told us there only 1 room available on the first floor with a patio with nothing to see but trees I book a room specifically with a room with balcony with a view.. months ago.. after driving 400 miles. N he tells me that n he can't help you with that.. I was NOT HAPPY with his service. He was not even trying make any efforts. It was the lady manager that made the effort to keep me here n she got me on the 4th floor with balcony with great views. Hotel is currently under remodeling process Lotsa unfinished projects ongoing. construction mess...

We stayed in the renovated rooms and they are very comfortable. The staff are polite and the rooms were very clean everyday. It's a 15-minute walking in the Riverwalk to the most beautiful part of the Riverwalk San Antonio.

I felt unsafe with a man in the hallway of the room who kept looking at me, I think the access gates should be closed for greater guest control. And I understand that the hotel is undergoing renovation, despite this the hotel is very good.

The room was gorgeous, recently renovated. Being on the first floor meant I wasn’t worried about my kids jumping or walking too loudly. They enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. The location was great for grabbing a quick bite or heading off to enjoy the local attractions. Water and coffee bar was convenient.

Some renovations were still in progress so we did have to walk past some of that and someone that was always mopping. Really not a complaint because they kept it so clean and the noise was never an issue.

Located right on the Riverwalk and north of where all reaction is but a pleasant walk along the River Walk to downtown. We had a beautifully renovated king balcony room overlooking the river. Parking was easy to access and right across the street. Lots of restaurants and brewpubs in walking distance.

Pool was a bit small and the patio seating area was not very well equipped. Ownership is in the middle of a changeover to Marriott..

property was secure it felt safe, beautiful view, friendly service & staff, convenient as far as restaurant on property, mini store available.

Unpin check in was not & misinformed about the 20.00 a day parking fee. had o know in advance I would’ve declined. this added an extra 100. to my balance. yet I had to park in a different area across the street where the cost was 10.00 per day. this was a HUGE inconvenience ! considering  that I budgeted this trip. I feel that I should’ve been reimbursed for the parking.

I liked that the patio was overlooking the riverwalk. It was quiet mostly. The staff was helpful and polite. My daughter loved the pool I didn't get in. The restaurant had great food. I recommend the shrimp bruchette, I took a bite and almost cried. Room service was excellent. Wifi was decent and easily accessible. It wasn't crowded even though it was a weekend. My family and I weren't bothered by other guests. Most guests also seemed friendly and satisfied with their stay.

The restaurant, bar, and pool, closes at 10 pm and that just seemed a bit early to call it. It was a little too far to walk to anything interesting with the kids. Paying the additional 20 for parking seemed excessive. The room and balcony were super tiny for it to be a Deluxe Balcony room so overall size and location made me feel as I overpaid slightly. I think it would have been made up with a free breakfast. Unfortunately they did not offer a free breakfast but do have a full breakfast menu available until 1030 am.

There could've been more, considering there's no fridges or microwaves in the basic rooms. Underwhelming.

No breakfast other than coffee, tea and apples and oranges. Everything else had to be purchased, $$$$. The room cost is high for a night, especially since there was construction going on. The hotel could've accommodated that with a discount or something.

Very quite staff was super helpful room was nice

The room was not clean to hotel standards the shampoo in bathroom was missing some of its contents and also had a grey 3 inch long hair. The counters were a little grimy as in water residue. Also the bathroom extraction fan was completely off. We all know how uncomfortable a bathroom 5 feet from the beds can be when there is no ventilation.
