Love the Social hour amenities and walk ability of location to great restaurants.

Booked from DCA after flight was canceled and had been rebooked for 5a next morning. Had already paid for LT parking at the hotel. We are seniors and a departing flight at 5a with 2hr prior arrival makes traveling charge a hardship on many levels. Booking with reservation clerk who knew our situation resulted in a VERY EXPENSIVE room - even with our hotel reward membership - compared to to advance bookings in the past. Felt like we were fleeced and our delayed departure for granddaughter's college graduation put us in a very venerable position.Unexpected flight delay of 24hrs and unexpected hotel fee added nearly $500 for "the last room available" in our time of desperation as we then had to hurry up only to wait and make the best of a situation we didn't create.

My flight into DC was rerouted and I was about 6 hours late coming i to town for the night. The full night of sleep I was supposed to get turned into 3 hours; HOWEVER, those 3 hours were amazing. Holiday Inn beds are the most comfortable and I was so happy to put my head on that pillow. I wasn't around for breakfast because I had to leave at 430am, so the coffeemaker and coffee and tea were much appreciated. They occupied the entry to the room along with a fridge. The room was super clean and spacious. The young man at the front desk was very helpful explaining the airport shuttle to me and he even told to enjoy my few hours lol The area around the hotel was decent. There was a 24hour McDonald's next door and some sketchy but delicious looking food shacks next to the Mickey D's (so you know the food there was probably THE BOMB). I'd recommend this place to everyone...oh and it's literally 3 minutes away from the airport

The room was pretty good, large enough, clean, very comfortable bed.

The breakfast was too simple, not many choices and some of the things were cold (like the eggs).

The service at this hotel was stunning. Big thanks to Mohamad and Trina for welcoming us and helping accommodate our requests while checking in, we could not be more satisfied with our first interaction with hotel staff. We also had internet issues, which were taken seriously and dealt with rapidly by the technical support team. The efficiency of everyone's service says much about the caliber of this hotel, and I am very appreciative of all the staff on behalf of all my companions and I. The airport shuttle is also wonderfully convenient, running every 30min from 4:30am onward, although it may run out of space during high demand hours, so be certain to grab an earlier shuttle/plan a contingency.

Location is a bit remote and not too close to many food options, so this is most appropriate as a transitional stay option between other accommodation.

The hotel was clean, quiet, and easy to get to. Check in was easy and the hotel smelled amazing! It is also about 5 minutes from the airport and no plane noise.

What I didn't like about this property was that my room was too cold, the lights in the bathroom were too dim (I think the mirror light was out), and the curtains don't close, so I slept with the light from outside which made it difficult for me to fall asleep. I would definitely book at this property again as long as those issues were fixed.

Its our first time in DC and having a hotel near the airport is very convenient for us. Our room got microwave and fridge. On the hallways we have the ice cube dispenser! The Metro is just like 12mins by foot. There’s a Mcdonalds beside it. CVS 4mins away by foot. The Receptionist forgot his name, a guy really nice and accomodating. Checking out was with Karen. The complimentart Pick up transfer to and From the airport was really awesome! That’s a plus!

Hotel is bit outdated. The elevator was working only 2. When you had a grouo of students ahead of you, waiting for 2 elevators will take such time. The Dove lotion smells old. I thinks it was not changed for a long time coz no one has been using it and it smells expired.

Great, clean and comfortable king room Everything was just perect, soundproofing, heater, water pressure, free good internet, room service, bar, gym and store at the reception. The service was also perfect, Chuda was beyond our expectations and helped us a lot. Great customer service. Many resaurants and bars close by, with a very helpful and free airport shuttle every 30min to DCA airport and metro station. Excellent value if you want to visit DC and surrounding areas

The hotel is around the corner from the airport, so that was good. It's located on a main road, so it's easy to get to from the city. The room size is nice; I had a king bedroom. The bathroom space was adequate, and they have some great amenities. My room had a refrigerator and a microwave!!!

There was a lot of confusion when checking into the hotel. They could not find our reservation because there was an error in our registered names. The staff could not find us due to a clerical error made by the booking host. Our names were misspelled in the system. The hotel blamed the host. And we have had an issue with this on booking.com before, so we understood what had happened. Parking was crazy! It was a driver's nightmare navigating tight turns to get into the garage. If you are nervous or claustrophobic, be careful. It was a very tight area getting into and around the garage.

The location- very close to the airport, it was safe and quiet. Room was comfortable and clean, reasonably priced, included microwave, coffeemaker, refrigerator and nice bathroom amenities (Dove products). Really comfortable bed and bedding, blackout curtains and good shower pressure.

The wait for the shuttle at the airport was about 15-20 minutes (4 times longer than the ride itself to get to the hotel ) and check in took another 15 minutes because I was last off the shuttle, and last in line. Just bad timing I guess. But everything surrounding the shuttle and checkin was smooth and the driver and staff were friendly.

The location is very near interest places, CVS, McDonald's, and the Airport. But it is the free airport shuttle that I liked most! Also I would like to express my sincerest gratitude for the Shuttle Driver and Receptionist (sorry I didnt get their names) because I left my handbag on the shuttle when I was dropped off the airport and all my IDs were there including my passport! (How reckless of me! I was so embarrased) Since I am just visiting relatives, I didn't bother to get a local number so I had to ask my sister call the hotel and the receptionist was very quick to act in locating my bag and informing the driver. The driver was a very very nice man who helped me carry my 2 big heavy luggages and returned back to the airport to hand me my bag. He did all these with a smile which was very comforting 😭 I really appreciate it! you have no idea how scared and helpless I was considering I was just alone and it was very cold. But your kindness really warmed my heart. Again from the bottom of my heart, thank you very much Maam and Sir for your extended help.

The guy who checked me in didn't bother explaining that there's a 50USD hold on my card for incidentals. This amount is pretty common but it would be nice to be informed as I noticed the rate and the amount charged to my card are different.
