Good location for those who are having transfer/ early flight to catch. The accommodation provides 24hrs shuttles,but have to call in to arrange the pick up location. Go through sky bridge parking lot and then to 3rd floor where all the hotels vehicles can pick up there customers, then call in to the reception to inform the nearest island to pick up. Rooms are great.

The hotel has been renovated and has modern decorations. Lobby is bright and welcoming. There are several restaurants convenient to the location that are within walking distance or stay on-site with a full bar. The pool is new with all amenities available and nice sitting area in the green space with an oversized fire-pit. The king-size room was quiet and well appointed overlooking the Greenspace. We are happy the vents don't blow towards the bed! The tub and shower combo with handheld was great! The staff were friendly and very helpful. Shuttles are available to the departure terminals for a fee. This location is perfect to return your rental car early, take the free rental facility airport shuttle back, and walk back to the hotel on a safe sidewalk. No stress!

Rooms could have a couch instead of a chair, and the TV should be on a pivotal arm. Otherwise, it's a great place!

The location! We flew into SeaTac after 10 pm and this is an easy walk down from baggage claim, faster than catching a shuttle somewhere else!! The decor is calming and the rooms are well equipped. I appreciated all of the hooks and places to hang towels in the bathroom, one detail most hotels often lack.

Just some constructive criticism-add a fan to the workout room and stock towels throughout the day. We went to workout first thing in the morning and took the last two towels. Also, one of the treadmills didn’t work but there was no sign saying it was out of order.

We were there on a weekday. It was quite , not many people. The hotel was clean and quiet. They had a nice gym which was next to indoor pool. We also were able to walk from airport to hotel which was nice. Used their shuttle the following morning to bring us back to airport. No issues with the shuttle. All worked out well.

The staff checking in and checking out wasn’t the nicest. I had read this in the reviews when I booked the hotel 6 months prior. So my expectations weren’t very high . They weren’t rude , but they weren’t friendly nor helpful. Maybe the hotel is under staffed , I don’t know .

Walking distance to airport. The walk was likely quicker than taking the shuttle! Staff was friendly, restaurant on site had a decent restaurant, beds were comfortable and couldn’t hear any air traffic.

Could hear the people in the adjacent room. For the price of the room we should’ve had a free breakfast or at least a discount.

A good hotel, close to the airport. The food in the bar and restaurant was OK, by which I mean it was perfectly adequate for fuel. Not awesome, but certainly good. Easy walk to a few more eating spots along the road. It is so close to the airport you can walk there in 2-3 minutes.

Services in the bar was a bit average to be honest. I would have had another drink had they offered... on the plus side, saved me $10!

The room was immaculate! Thank you for getting rid of room carpet. We all know how nasty carpet is to keep clean. The fact we saw airplane crew staying the night, was a good sign the hotel was top notch. Of course, they come by shuttle, so they did not have the added expense of parking a car (30.00 extra charge)

It was disappointing to have to pay 30.00 for parking. The area is not gated so it seemed like an added expense with little security.

Location so close to the airport. Very well equipped hotel. We had also a good dinner in the hotel. Nice we were able to drop-off some luggage since we arrived before check-in time.

As experienced travelers in the USA: it was unclear whether breakfast was included or not. We received 'complimentary coupons' for which we are grateful. But to this day there is still an amount reserved on my credit card that is not the overnight costs. Let's see how this goes: was the breakfast really complimentary? If so, thanks for that.

Love the location, the room, pretty much everything it's a great hotel we like to use when we're going on trips and have an early flight.

The price for parking there, even when u stay there. $30 a day is ridiculous! We just parked down the road at Top Spot and paid $12.99 a day and spent the night at your hotel. Would have been so nice to park and sleep all together. We will probably pick another hotel next time because of that.
