It was clean, beds were extremely comfortable and room was warm even with window left open. Food was good. Staff were pleasant and most amiable.

Only downside was the disabled parking only 2 at the front and 3 at rear. When these were taken up and car park was full we had to use the EV bays as a last resort. This meant we had to drag our cases a longer distance than we had intended. We paid for disabled parking. In the forlorn hope that we could access the property easily. Also on booking I asked about shower access for my daughter and was informed that it would only be about two inches (actual height was double that!) my daughter has to use crutches for moving around and had extreme difficulty in lifting her leg high enough to step into it. However, patience prevailed.

Great location, right in the heart of the marina area of the city centre, breakfast had extensive additional on request options included in the breakfast price. Lots of nearby restaraunts, Tesco extra round the corner and they put some complementary snacks and drinks in the fridge in the room. Had nice and cool AC for these hot days. Its a short walk to most of the city centre amenities.

I wouldnt recommend car parking at the hotel, the space is limited, there is however a large multi-story just up the road on Lucy Tower St, park there instead, it has spots for EV's if you want to leave it on charge overnight, so does the hotel to be fair, but again its a small car park and its pricey if you don't need the full 24hrs. Oh and for some reason some of the lights in our room didn't work as that card slot thing wasnt working properly, it didn't bother us as it had like lots of lighting anyway unrelated to the card slot lighting but thats why its a 9/10

Lovely hotel with a great location been so close to the main shopping streets. The room was clean and fresh feel to it. Huge bed and a large room. The bathroom was a good size and the shower was very good. Especially been able to control the water and heat before you get into it.

Although the bathroom was OK.. There were large cracked where the walls and ceiling meet all round the walls. The main nag was the entrance doors to all the rooms. They slam shut! This does not sound much but in the early hours of the morning this is very annoying. Worth considering if you have babies and you ones.

The location was great and the breakfast was good. The lady who greeted us and explained how breakfast worked was lovely and really cheerful. The staff on reception when we arrived, particularly Arina, were very helpful. Arina advised us where we could park, as the hotel car park was full because we arrived around 8.30 pm and it was a Saturday. There were lots of places to eat right by the hotel and it was lovely being so close to the river. The hotel was very quiet and we had a good nights sleep. We would stay again.

The car park was full up when we got there, but we were later arriving. Also the numberplate entry system at reception was not working initially when we moved the car to the hotel car park the following morning. It was working when we had finished breakfast, however.

The location was good & car parking was convenient. The room overlooked the marina which was a bonus. Good selection for breakfast - especially liked the fruit juice which wasn’t watered down, and being able to have just a spoonful of yoghurt rather than a whole pot. The toaster toasted the bread really well too!

Could have done with a little storage in the room - bedside drawer or cupboard is always handy. If the room had been a bit more spacious, there would have been room for an extra comfortable chair. A room for 2 people only ever seems to have one comfortable chair. Some instructions for the air con unit would have been helpful too. Thought there might be a fridge with some complimentary bottled water but there was neither. Thankfully the tap water did run nice and cold.

Nice room with all facilities like hairdryer, tea making kettle, free soap and shampoo in the shower, clean, great location and next to Tesco supermarket and 7 min. walk to the city center pedestrian street. 24-hour reception and very helpful staff. Also helpful to assisting us printing a page we needed for a job and without charge. 10 min. walk from the central train station and just on the water front with lots of great restaurants.

We asked for a 2-bed room but it was not provided. But we got two duvets instead when asking in the reception so that was fine.

Location for the University is perfect. Staff very friendly especially the bar staff as a lone traveller.

Room is very dark and relies on lamps which are quite dim and although there were c. 9 telephone points (sealed off) and numerous wired in power points for the heater and a/c unit, there was only one available socket over the other side of the room and nothing close to the bed for a phone or alarm clock. There was also an adjoining door to the next room and at 7am my neighbour after talking extremely loudly for 20 minutes decided to bang very loudly on it. It scared the living daylights out of me as I thought he was going to appear in my room. I mentioned this to staff and asked that they submitted a formal complaint, but I get the impression nothing will be done about it and the customer will not be contacted.

Everything was perfect, except for three things. One was the lighting in our room, it was so low that the lights were no use for anything slightly intricate. There were plenty of lamps but they were a joke as they were useless at creating a central light, you're econamising too much! Secondly, the room was not tidied properly by the maid. She removed the rubbish from the bin and left it in the armchair! She also didn't make the bed properly inasmuch that she didn't smooth out the bottom sheet at all, she left it as it was when we left it, really creased! She then didn't even smooth out the duvet either. The pillows were just as we left them too, and also with the still very creased duvet thrown over them. We are very experienced travellers and have never seen a bed 'made' like that one, it would have made any true housekeeper cry! The bath was also much too small and only suitable for a child which was annoying because we had especially asked for a bath. Everything else was perfect.

Great location for a short overnight visit. Lovely by the marina and lots of restaurants to choose from. Room was a good size, clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was great and the staff were super helpful and friendly, especially with our children so that was really nice. Variety was great and food was hot and fresh.

Upon check-in, the receptionist was quite abrupt at not initially finding our booking. It was easily resolved, but her initial attitude was not helpful or welcoming. This continued when I asked about the car park and its location. What should have been a simple question appeared to be quite frustrating to her. It was just a very disappointing welcome, particularly after driving over 3 hours with young kids. In contrast, when we checked out in the morning, a different receptionist completed the check out professionally and in a friendly manner. Also I couldn't find a hairdryer in the room, I might have missed it and it wasn't a massive issue as I let my hair dry naturally but if I was on a night out it would have been needed.

We booked the day before so got a really good discount! Fabulous parking behind the hotel loads of spaces and only £10 for 24 hours. It was my husbands birthday so we got a free upgrade the room was really lovely in the new part of the hotel a really nice gesture! Also they had a freezer near reception and it had free ice lollies 🍭 what a nice touch! The beds are so comfy and free tea and coffee and biscuits perfect overnight stay once again thank you!

Nothing everything perfect as usual we won't stay anywhere else when visiting Lincoln
