The staff was phenomenal, the views from my room were incredible, and the included breakfast was great. I enjoyed the location for a one night stop before traveling to a remote area of north-western Ecuador.

The room was really cold. The space heater was broken and the staff replaced immediately with 2 space heaters, but it still wasn't enough to warm the room up that evening. The shower water was tepid and added to the cold factor. I didn't mention this to the staff so not sure why it wasn't hot, and can probably be addressed. The dinners at the restaurant are overpriced.

Our waiter, and I am so sorry I can't remember how to pronounce his name, it start with a J and he's 27, originally from Esmeraldas. He was amazing and kind and knowledgeable. The food was amazing and those views?! Can't be beat, our driver Elizabeth was beyond kind and amazing too! What a beautiful experience!

Really the only odd thing was an older man opened our room door and then quickly shut it, I think he was giving a tour of the rooms. Totally understandable mistake, helped me to remember to lock the door. :) the only other thing I didn't like was that we didn't have more time there ;)

The view here is everything. But if that’s not enough, the bed is comfortable, there is ample hot water, and the WiFi is good. Treat yourself by upgrading to either the balcony room or the top floor room. The dual windows offer you a double view of the area and it’s gorgeous. We also decided to book massages during our stay and they were lovely. In addition to having an awesome view, the hotel is right next to some great walking trails. You can either opt to go down into Pululahua or take the high trail to walk at the top of the crater. We went into the town but wished we’d done the high trail for better views. The staff here, especially Omar, are great!

The views and the architecture were amazing. The food at the restaurant was excellent. Nice bathroom. Location was great… we did a 12km hike around the mountain in the crater.

Would have liked more water in the room and tea/ coffee making facilities.

The view from the bedroom was spectacular. The property was beautiful, the breakfast was delicious and the hotel location was very convenient, minutes from hiking trails and 30 minutes from Quito.

We had a lovely stay. We know the surroundings well but never stopped until this time. We very much recommend this place. The food is good and the location is great with wonderful views!

The rooms are very clean and comfortable! The location is amazing, far from crow and noise, it’s a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the nature.

Removed from a lot of other amenities - supermarkets, restaurants, ATMs.

A special hotel with an amazing vista just north of Quito. Quiet location, nice restaurant and lovely spacious suite rooms.

Great hotel so didn’t dislike anything but it could be difficult to get to without a car.
