I loved the hotel. My room is the same as the profile photos, in mine before my arrival they offered me a hot drink and fruits in the room with two flower arrangements. They handed me a fast food menu. I chose the Creole pepperoni and cheese pizza, exquisite, I recommend it. Very pleasant night, I slept like at home. In the early morning at 06:00 I went up to the third floor and had a beautiful sunrise view of the city with a mountain in front and a beautiful park. Their breakfast was fabulous. I ordered hot chocolate and the juice is optional with or without sugar. I ordered my sugar-free natural fruit drink. Nice experience.

:) That they had more pizza :) I ordered 2 pizzas, it was exquisite!!! I hope you take my suggestion and have more pizza, it was very delicious, I recommend it.

Fantastic. I liked my room. As soon as I entered the hotel, they gave me a complimentary cake. On my bed were colorful roses and a tray of free fruit and water. I spent a happy night in the garden on the 3rd floor. There are hanging vases with flowers and a central table where they served me breakfast. They gave me the choice between coffee, chocolate or aromatic waters and their breakfast was very good with seasonal fruit. They have a paid taxi service to get to know the city. The hotel is close to the city center. I saw museums and old churches. I congratulate you for your hospitality, I felt at home.

More days to stay and get to know the city. I recommend a minimum of 2 to 3 days to see half of the world and the Amazon that is close to the capital, 3 hours away in a place called Nanegalito, jungle, animals and rivers. At the hotel they gave me the best information to visit those places.

I have returned from my trip of months in Ecuador and before returning to my country I decided to go to this hotel again. I liked it the first time and this time I loved it. The room was decorated with yellow roses, that amazed me and I liked it at the same time.

Everything was perfect and the funniest thing was that I was treated to hot tea in the afternoon along with a printed photograph as a gift of the hotel.

difficult to communicate with, using a translator all the time. Another problem: no real photos of the property (unacceptable for booking.com)

Santiago, your host, is terrific. If need anything or any kind of info he has it. I am a single traveler. The room was nice, enough room, clean and in an excellent location. I would stay again.

My room was just as it looks in the photos on booking. Congratulations. Cleanliness in the room excellent. Hearty breakfast, they give you a choice between natural juice with or without sugar, hot and chocholate.

A good value for the money. The owner is very polite and tries to be helpful. The rooms have bathroom and the WiFi is fast.

The owner will not give you keys from the main door that he keeps always locked. During three days we had once a problem to get out and 2x we could not get into the hostel. Not very convenient to stay in front of the hotel in heavy rain ringing the bell and calling the owner on WhatsUp (he did not answer neither for two hours).
