One of the major advantages of this aqua park is the presence of elevators. Since many of the rides reach up to four stories high, the elevators make a significant difference—you can access the attractions without having to climb endless stairs. I believe all aqua parks should consider adding elevators like these. The park also offers a wide selection of restaurants, and the food is of excellent quality. Additionally, there’s a small amusement park that’s ideal for children to enjoy after dinner.

The main drawback is the shuttle bus service. Although it's meant to help guests move around the property, the buses are very unreliable. On one occasion, I waited over 30 minutes without a single bus arriving. This can be especially frustrating if you're on a schedule. Additionally, the beds and pillows are uncomfortable, even though the hotel made several attempts to replace them.

Rooms were really clean and all located around pools. Water park and other facilities were also clean and maintained to high standards. Endless amount of entertainment for children. Reception staff, particularly Eslam, were really helpful and genuinely wanted to make sure we were always happy!

There were loads of restaurants and the food served on the whole was good, however I would have liked a bit more differentiation between the food served in each restaurant particularly at lunch time.

Every thing was very nice ,very comfortable really it is the true meaning of of VACATION -early check in -beverages and food was very delicious and the taste is very good also the quality and timing of meals -staff is vey friendly and cooperative if i need any thing and very fast to do it -the lifeguards on the pools very alert for all the guests -the fun is endless in neverland♥️ -the pools and aqua park the most fun city ever i have been visited -my kids were very happy with this stay ♥️ -special thanks for mr.mohammed ehab in reception/mr.hossam hassan and for all the chefs and all the lifeguards and housekeepers keeping team they are very kind very decent also roudi in cotton candy station she is very kind ♥️ Thank you and of course we will come again ♥️

Amazing water parks with endless choices of different slides and pools. All ages are considered. Even infants got their own pool 😆 everything is well maintained and clean. Staff is amazing. Food is exceptional. Variety and quality. Diners are available at different times, even after midnight, so you never worry about dinner time like other resorts. Everything is included in the paid package, including endless activities for kids like arcade area, ice cream, donuts..etc. Hatim, the life guard at our area's pool, is super friendly and helpful. He even taught our 5-year-old to swim for the 1st time. He was amazing. Room was spacious. 2 big bathrooms. Living area. Coffee corner. Check-in & Check-out were fast and effortless.

This property provides a huge spectrum of activities and fun including swimming pools that found everywhere, aqua parks for adults and kids as well as endless parties, and not to forget the amusement park and the largest bomber cars in have ever seen, every time you walk you will find something different, you can enjoy the resort by using the family cycling, there’s also skiing places, i think you can not cover everything unless you stay at least one week, it’s really great resort for family fun and joy

Food quality needs to be improved

Very ((very )) huge property, so many entertainment sectors.. water slides for all ages kids adults both can enjoy a family quality time together, I went there with my 2 daughters (( 12 years & 9 years)) we all had so much fun, so many activities during the day the animation team was fantastic,, restaurants all over the place, bars and snacks bars where ever you turn your face, so many seats and sun beds, so many pools all over the property, you won’t find any attraction crowded because there is so many to serve all guests… and the most important everything is very clean, slides.. stairs.. tables.. pools.. sunbeds .. even around plants everywhere is super clean We stayed 6 days we didn’t went out to see the city we didn’t had time 😅 we wanted to discover all the hotel but we didn’t finish it, we loved it and aure we are coming back

Everything was fantastic, with just a few minor points that could be improved. Nothing in life is truly perfect, so I’d confidently rate him a solid 9 out of 10 – a super experience overall.

Here are a few points that need to be addressed: 1. The towel stations are too far apart considering how spacious the place is—more towel exchange areas would be helpful. 2. Guest relations were very slow to respond, even through Booking.com messages, and in many cases, no reply was given. My own experience is a clear example. It was also difficult to reach them via regular phone. 3. The internet quality and signal were poor and definitely need significant improvement. Other than that, it’s a highly recommended hotel, and I’d definitely consider staying again in the future.

Aqua park was the best. Animation was Ok. Activity for Children was very nice

Food, which required little bit more arranged and attention. Staff specially room services need to be more polite and trained. Some of Slides need maintenance. Some of the facility was under construction and there is no safety during their works which is not professional at all.
