Spacious room, the new water slides, and the friendly staff who did their best to keep my kids happy during their stay, especially Mr. Islam from the reception, thank you very much.

It would have been better if the water was heated in more pools and slides, the new main restaurant requires more varieties and choices.

The staff was very helpful and I was very impressed with the quality of their work. Specifically Mr Islam Abo saad in the reception was very helpful and professional try to solve any issue. Mr Islam obaid for check out was very professional also.

Nothing, every thing was fantastic, only one thing that the new aqua need to be heated to be more useful in the winter.

This place is amazing for family. I came with my 3 children 7, 4 and 2. They absoloutely loved it. It is a child's wonderland. Upon entrance you are welcomed with a lovely smell and a lollipop display that is huge and a lovely lady that hands them out to you too. The resort itself is huge we were here for 7 days and were still not able to experience it all. They had like 100 water rides 50 for adults and 50 for children. They have an amusement park and shows on every night for children. The variety of food is decent. The rocking burger and Taj restaurant were our favourite. The bakery downstairs had an amazing chocolate cake which i enjoyed. You can take fruit and cakes to the bedroom aswel just ask staff to pack itdor you. Softdrinks are also delivered when asked to your room. The staff were always so accommodating especially with children. Mohsin Rabie the manager went above and beyond for us to make our experience more enjoyable. Our room was lovely and the cleaners were so kind. We had a pool right outside our room with a lovely life guard who welcomed us daily and kept an eye on the kids so i could pray. Loved the resort it was amazing. You can also go to the resort beach and a bus takes you there daily every half an hour. There is like a show in alif leila which is private and you have to book in reception to go. Sadly we never got to experince it because we found out too late but book when you get there. It is free for some customers

There's not much to do at night

Loved the amount of things you offer to do , aqua parks , swimming pool , activities and restaurants. Come for more days here if you want to cover everything,we were at the resort for 4 nights and we definitely felt like we needed at least 2 more nights to enjoy this place.

There is really not much to dislike about the resort, only a little more care and insight to improve your experience. The food is average and could be improved someday delicious others average, there could also offer more frequent buses to move around the resort all day ,please add some chairs, lights and charging points near every bed in the room.

I recently had an amazing stay at Neverland with not one, but two aqua parks! The abundance of swimming pools and activities for children made it the perfect family getaway. The kids had a blast enjoying the water slides and splash zones, while my partner and I relaxed by the poolside. The variety of activities kept everyone entertained throughout the day. I must extend a special thanks to Mr Mahmoud Saad for his exceptional hospitality and dedication to making our stay truly memorable. His attention to detail and commitment to ensuring guests' satisfaction truly stood out. We can't wait to return and create more wonderful memories at this fantastic hotel!

I liked how professional the life guards were, it’s a huge facility with so many aqua parks yet all of them are very well surveyed and super safe. I liked how the reception was helpful and keen. They called a couple of times to check on us and make sure everything is up to expectations.

1)The distances in the place is vast it was very difficult in the summer heat to walk between games and parks or from rooms to restaurants, shuttle bus was late on many occasions. Golf cars priority was to check in and out people with luggage. 2)snacks bars were far from pools and aquas which is again not helpful especially for kids. 3) there was no much variety in food and quality wasn’t the best as well. 4) members advocating spa weren’t professional kinda rude if I may say so. But I’d rather keep the details for myself.

I thought the place was amazing, I wished to have stayed more, by the time you start familiarizing with the resorts and all the amazing water slides and activities, four days had already passed. We didn't even have time to go to the beach or do any of the other activities offered. Will definitely be coming back. The food was varied and abundant, there were multiple restaurants all across the resorts and excellent service all met by an amazing staff who does not tire to provide help and offer the best service they can. My kids loved both water parks, the Jungle Aqua Park and The Water Valley resort, and this is the thing they don't mention, as long as you are inside one resort you have access to all resorts, and you can walk across all the resorts and enjoy all the facilities and restaurants on offer. Amazing coffee, and great ice cream, pizza and burger for snacks.
