Facility is good. Few shops inside which was good as the sellers are not pushy and they just let you in their stores and look around and buy when you like. Food is also good. But as with other high end resorts in Egypt the workers tend to entertain/care more for caucasians which is sad as we (asians) pay the same price as them but they dont really tend much to our needs.

The view from the rooms in the main building to the Nile river is impressive, the restaurant and the terrace have the same view.

It is not exactly in the center of. The city, so you need to take a cab 10 min to the center (Luxor temple&museum), every time you have to call a cab (we used Indrive), it is very cheap: 1$ USD, but the taxi drivers outside of the hotel are not happy with us ordering Indrive, so share your taxi number to the reception to let him in to the hotel’s territory.

The Nile view from the balcony is the most wonderful experience, beautiful sights plus the special comfort in the room takes it to another level. I certainly did the best choice selecting this hotel to enjoy all the beauty from Luxor.

At the beginning my room didn’t exactly met my expectations but thank you to Mustafa Elganzory who was so so very kind and helpful; he listened to anything I need and he was the one of the main reasons to change my mind for this trip …if I will come back again next time it will be because of him…thanks to him I could get the best stay in Luxor; absolutely everything was in place and ready to enjoy at best my stay

I liked how Ahmed the Receptionist was kind and fast, to my request even though I arrived a bit earlier he manage to have a room available for me. And made all my stay very informed and comfortable. The place is actually really nice and the restaurant was what I was expecting and even more because food was really good. They also have tourist packages available, I already had mine ready before arriving but is good to have that option available. It was clean and not noisy.

The pool area overlooking the Nile is so peaceful. All the staff were very helpful and polite. Everyone gave us a service with a smile, in particular the pool staff and Ashraf at the restaurant who provided me delicious gluten free bread.

It is not walking distance to Luxor museum, nonetheless there are a lot of taxis and carriages ready to drive you there with reasonable fees. The buffet dinner had a limited choice in dishes on offer.

The view ,comfort of the bed and staff are extremely helpful and understanding

Restaurant opens late after 5 pm not at lunch time so you don’t have a choice except for one restaurant or room service

The property was very clean, the staff competent and they offered multiple services for the customers, like tv, wifi, swimming pool facing the Nile river. The view of the room was stunning and the facility very comfortable.

I really liked everything, nothing I disliked.

Good buffet breakfast and evening meals on a terrace overlooking the Nile. Also Middle Eastern themed restaurant and a comfortable bar with a similar view. Local floor show entertainment on an evening. Two nice pools. Just a short taxi ride from Luxor and Karnak temples and walking distance to several good restaurants. Very good travel desk to organise your sightseeing. Excellent fourth floor spa with very reasonably priced facilities including sauna and various massage options, highly recommended. A/C did not warm the room in February so it was a little chilly on an evening.

Service (Ahmed helped me to make our stay amazing🤩) location and eye for detail made us feel like royalty 👑! If you have the time I sincerely recommend booking a sunset sail trip on the " bride of the nile"! Captain Hammam and crew will take good care of you and this made our trip unforgettable 👍🏻😎

Balcony was a bit narrow but the view made up for it!

The hotel is like a small oasis in the middle of a very hectic city! The staff are all very nice and accommodating, and the view from the hotel/garden is simply breath-taking - especially during the sunsets! The breakfast is also very good.

Just outside of the hotel is the parking for people that are driving horse carriages around town, and this makes the entrance of the hotel extremely dirty. It is really strange to see that the hotel is not addressing this by trying to clean at least a few meters outside of their hotel gates (we encountered a p*op in front of the entrance door of the hotel, and told the staff - and they did not seem interested in cleaning this, because we saw the same poop after we can back too - with footprints around it, as someone stepped in it in between).
