Clean, well connected to the public transport and with great spa facilities. The staff was polite and helpful whenever you needed anything.

It's a shame that the skybar restaurant was open only during the breakfast, it could have been a great meeting place to wind down in the evening.

Staff really friendly and attentive, Kevin was the one who received us and explained everything to us; He was really attentive with us and asked how was everything going with our stay every morning we would go through the reception desk. Even when we had an issue it was quickly solved. The room with a good size and really comfy pillows and bed. The location is kinda far of the center but you have 2 Subway stations where you can get a fast ride to the center, in 30 min you can get whereever you want to go, and thanks to it's location u can have also a bit of rest from the usual movement of a big city.

The times for the restaurant, particularly dinner should be also set in paper as they do with the breakfast, sometimes we wouldn't know if the restaurant was still open 'cause of that. Also, the sockets next to each side of the bed didn't have good grip for the plug, I didn't have an issue during my stay, but it's something that could be improved.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The main positive aspect was the good behaviour of the staff and especially the receptionists Alicia and Nereido (unfortunately I may mispronounce her name) who did the check-in and check-out. They were very friendly, polite and helpful. Furthermore, we were upgraded to a better room for free, which was a great deal. Moreover, the price was totally affordable concerning the quality. In addition to the tidy room, we used the sauna and jacuzzi, which were both clean, cozy, and free. There is a train station only 2 minutes away, and it is at the most a 30-minute ride to the downtown area. The only problem was that I could not find any big supermarket nearby but there is a bakery right next to the hotel, which serves delicious coffee, croissant and other breakfast items If you do not want to use the hotel breakfast. All and all, we had a memorable stay at the hotel and I definitely suggest it.

The property was lovely and clean spacious and just all around a delight to stay in; the Bed was comfortable and clean, the bathroom was better than what i have at home! The staff were lovely polite and professional and helped with anything we needed. Located only a couple minuets from a metro station it was easy to get anywhere needed in Berlin!

Sometimes when leaving the room for the day in the morning there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the stairs but that didn’t really bother me as you couldn’t smell it anywhere else.

Wonderful room, close to the train which was great because it's quite far out from the city center. Staff were wonderful, the rooftop restaurant did great food and cocktails! Small note: if you need a laundromat, do NOT go to the closest one on Google maps as it's a scam. There is one a 15 minute walk away which takes contactless payment and is much better!

The food although delicious was slightly old fashioned- haven't seen a lobster sauce since the 80s! We did have one run in with a staff member- upon requesting oat milk with our coffees we were told that "this is a hotel not Paris"- it was however dealt with professionally and quickly by the reception staff so it was not a dampener on our stay!

From the wonderful reception service, the best manager, the cleanliness of the rooms, the relaxation in the spa and the delicious food in the restaurant! A mega fantastic stay! I will definitely be back!

The room was lovely and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is conveniently situated and Berlin is very easily accessible by the U-bahn train and the station is almost next to the hotel. Very good breakfast and the breakfast staff were lovely and very helpful.

My only complaint was that for 3 days (of my 5 night stay) my electronic door key card stopped working which involved my having to go back to reception on each ocassion (sometimes waiting quite a while whilst others checked in /out) for the key to be reset. There is always the potential for problems (even in the best hotels) however there was an unwillingness to resolve the issue and disappointlngly the reception team just blamed the house keeping staff and on one occasion suggested it was my fault for putting my mobile too near my key (which had not been the case). Unfortuntely because of this my overall rating is 8 otherwise it would have been a 9.

We had a wonderful stay at TWO Hotel Berlin by Axel. The rooms were clean and good, the service at the reception and in the restaurant was excellent. We were happy it was an adult only hotel with nice jacuzzi and sauna spaces. They do understand the meaning of service and client friendliness. We made the booking through Booking dot com and received a good price. When we return to Berlin, we will definitely consider staying at this hotel again.

The socket on the right side of the bed was broken. It should be repaired so that the person using that side of the bed can also charge the phone.

The receptionists Alicia and Kevin were very helpful and professional.Short and efficient.

Recharging cables for mobile not provided in case the guest forgot to bring theirs

The hotel was very near various underground train lines and in a quiet area. There were restaurants nearby and a supermarket five minutes walk away. The staff were extremely helpful, especially Alicia, who responded positively to the many questions I had about Berlin. She also kindly offered me a free room upgrade. The bedroom was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. I had two great nights' sleep. Thick curtains meant I was not woken by the morning sunshine, and there was a nightlight in the bathroom for nocturnal trips to the loo. Although not a big deal, it was the sort of facility you only expect in a five-star hotel. The sheets, towels and toiletries were all of high quality. There was also a fridge/mini bar (but oddly no kettle) and a room safe. I particularly enjoyed the spa, which again was spotlessly clean and very little used by other guests. There is a sauna, steam room and gym. Next door was a well-equipped gym. The hotel also has a dining room and bar with good views but I did not use them. Sadly, there were no English speaking channels on the TV and a comfy armchair would have been nice if staying longer. But overall the facilities were excellent for the price paid.

I had a great stay and cannot think of anything I did not like.
