We are grateful to the BENSIMON team for their professional attitude. They are very dedicated to their guests and, compared to other accommodations in Berlin, they are ahead of the curve in every way. The accommodation was excellent for a group of 7, spacious, well-lit, and very clean. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and the rooms. Special thanks to the BENSIMON team for allowing us to leave our luggage on the day of arrival and departure in their luggage department. It gave us space to make better use of our time and tour the city. Accommodation is highly recommended. We will be happy to come again at the first opportunity.

The apartment was amazing. I barely wrote any review, to be honest, but this time I think the apartment deserves some compliments. First of all, it was fully equipped with everything we need. It was kinda semi smart house, where you can adjust the strength of the light, connect to the speakers through SONOS App etc. The kitchen is perfect for any cooking stuffs, it even has a coffee machine and dishwasher. It was clean and comfortable.

The only problem is maybe the location. It is not fast to access the centre. Besides, the outside door was not too pretty aesthetically. Other than that, it was great

The location was great. The apartment was amazing. Very clean, large and spacious. It was close to the train station so it was easy to access the city centre. There were some nice cafes nearby and everyone was very friendly and helpful.

There was no lift. Carrying luggage up the stairs was a little inconvenient. Arrived late at night. Walking through the courtyard was dark and we went to the first building by mistake. Our apartment was in the 2nd building beyond the courtyard area. I am not sure if the instructions explained clearly that you had to walk under the arch and through the courtyard to access the rear building. These are minor things that did not especially impact our city break!

• Simplest check-in and check out you can imagine: no keys, just an automatically assigned door code. Convenient online check-in form. • Amazing hosts. There's an actual office downstairs with multiple people working there. All of them were very nice to us and helped us with every need. • Room condition and cleanliness: apartments are cleaned in a professional way, so beds and kitchen look like in a hotel. • Private parking. It's a nice feature to have a reserved spot in the center of Berlin. We were especially happy to have an enclosed parking during the New Year's night as we didn't have to worry about our cars getting blown up with fireworks :)

• Apt. 4 has a very limited amount of hot water (probably a small heater tank) which can get problematic if staying with a large group. After one person takes a shower you have to wait for the hot water to come back. • Payment for the parking is only in cash, would be nice to start accepting cards as well.

Bensimon were very thoughtful. We stayed for Christmas and when we arrived, there was a beautiful decorated Christmas tree, sparkling wine and water laid out with chocolates. It was a lovely surprise! The apartment was spacious and there were useful tips on where to find things. They had thought of all the little things you might need when staying away from home. They left us a surprise Christmas gift on the doorknob on Christmas day of chocolates and sweets and then another for our departure.

Nothing to add here.

Clean and for groups it is a really good option which can safe you money if you are ok all living in one apartment. It was also excellent that you had dishes/everything you could need to make your own meal etc.

More towels especially if you come with a big group and of course you announce it so why not putting for each person at least one big and small towel in the apartment. Also something which is not really changeable is the parking spaces which are quiet small.

Nice neighborhood & well situated (10 min Uber to central Berlin), very clean apartment, responsive & friendly support from staff, clear communication regarding check in/out etc, comfortable & well designed apartment (bedrooms at opposite ends of apartment which is great for privacy)

Very minor/small point - couch is not the most comfortable for sitting on but ok (probably since design is for pull out for additional beds)

The apartment looks great, large rooms and pretty quiet, although being positions near a railway. The attention to small details is impressive

The hot water had some issues, we are a family of 4 and the 4th had to take an almost cold shower. Although I have asked for the paid parking, I didn’t get it, I ended up leaving the car in the street and getting a 25 EUR ticket. The location is far from the main city attractions, you can’t walk, you need to rely on some sort of transportation.

Huge apartment, modern, clean and complete. It has everything such as washer, dishwasher, all the cleaning supplies etc. Sweet little touches like the bottle of wine, chocolates and goodbye gift. Easy check in & check out

The mattresses were horrible, very soft and very used, we sink in the center. The next day when we woke up our neck and back hurts. Please change the mattress.

The bathroom was really big which we liked. The bedrooms were also spacious. The kitches is well equipped for our needs.

I did not like the security deposit being taken and kept for sometime. Other booking websites don't really keep this security deposit. When you have all the data while booking, what is the need to have this security money, I don't find the logic. Apart from that rest all is fine.
