The location of the hotel is great. 4 tram stop station from the Main rail station, where you can take any U-bahn or S-bahn. The hotel is very nice, clean, staff polite. Breakfast was sufficient. In weekday okey, within weekend days quite crowded. We We had issue with the watter waste in the shower, but it was fixed (the wet towels used to dry the bathroom floor were not removed or replaced, but issue was fixed). Anyway I can recommend the stay here.

The room was not cleaned within our stay. I do not ask to change towels or the bedding, but at least the waste could be removed.

Location was great-connection by public transportation was great. Breakfast fas very good, variety. We travelled with 2 children and the room was too small for us. A/C was working and was cold but eventually it was possible to close-just ask from reception personell.

Was good to open sofa for a extra bed but then the space to move was limited. Also shower cabin, glass was too short(small) and the water got on the bathroom floor every time. Would be great if the bathroom floor would have had heater-water on it could dry faster.

Room very clean with comfortable beds. Breakfast amazing, large selection and the waffle station an absolute favourite with the teenager! Had the bar food one evening and this was also really tasty. Brill location for the S-Bahn, you can see the hotel from the station, and despite our room facing the tracks we never heard one noise from the train line.

Very cold in room upon checking in as the windows had been left open and -1c outside! Was assisted by friendly reception staff who can control heating centrally from their end, after they put it on very high it sorted the issue within a couple of hours. Also offered a separate heater but did not require in the end.

Fantastic hotel! Extremely pleasant and helpful staff, very clean and good food. This hotel has fantastic transport links, the rail station(Donnersbergerbrück) is 5min walk away. Don't let this hotels location put you off, it might not be in the heart of Munich, but the tram stop is a 2min walk away, and the very frequent trams have you in the centre, in less than 10mins. I'm disabled and rely on good public transport links, and as someone who has also stayed in the centre, I can assure you, you won't be disappointed staying here.

Location is great for solo travelers. Train station is in 5 minutes walk and pretty comfortable if one has to reach airport midnight. Room was very comfortable. Breakfast was good, the restaurant was a bit small and crowded during breakfast time.

Communication. Looks like people in chat and email have no connection with people in reception at all. My money has been frozen on my card during check-in. After checkout and returning I noticed that I have again been charged the same amount. My bank said that one transaction has frozen money, and the other one has charged and I should contact property. I emailed property and got reply that money is being released during checkout process, but it has been 20+ days my money is still pending. I've asked by email to check again and get sure that money is released, but never got answer since then. Now I have to wait a month till visa system automatically releases my money.

The front desk staff were fantastic the room was just fine could of had a mini fridge but for the price no problem. The breakfast and breakfast staff were amazing.

I have the same complaint every time I’m in Europe, the smokers and sometimes during breakfast they open the doors so you can sit outside, most of the smokers have the common curiosity to move away from the doors to smoke but sadly some don’t so the inside area can fill up with the dent of smoke, not the hotel’s fault just rude people.

Location was good but (see next question). I was able to get a good price through a third party during Oktoberfest to stay at a hotel brand I know and trust. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very clean. I liked that there was plenty of space on the main floor for eating breakfast and thought the food was pretty good for hotel breakfast food. A nice variety of food choices.

The location was in a busy area and very hard to see the entrance. Once I found the entrance it was hard to find the hotel because it’s behind an office building and signs (if any) were very hard to find. Also the half wall in the shower is very small making it hard to shower without getting water all over the place. While I get the idea of the half wall, doors would be a better choice because of how small the space is there.

Very clean and modern hotel. Free breakfast and it was amazing for the price. Within walking distance from the train station but lots of stairs! Parking was available underground but quite narrow entrance/exit, so big cars aren't recommended. Most of the staff were polite and helpful.

The room was a bit small for 3 people. The entrance/exit of the underground parking was very narrow. I had a difficult time when driving a big SUV but we could manage it with extra caution.

Overall good value for the money. Close proximity to the train station or if you prefer to walk then 20 minutes from the Central train station. The room was decent size, well equipped, and the staff were friendly.

2 out of 3 coffee machines were broken in the dinning area which made huge ques in the morning for the coffee. People were waiting in the line for more than 10 minutes just to get the coffee.

Everything else was perfect. The beds were very comfy, spacious room, friendly staff, awesome breakfast, everything is clean, great location to get directly into town. I would visit again.

In our room, there was a sliding door between the bathroom and you can literally hear everything when the other person goes to the toilet or showers. The room also had a funny smell when we entered. I think it's the cleaning liquid they used. Must have been a cleaning liquid with ammoniak or so.
