We needed a kitchen and their kitchen set up is great and better than having to rent apartment or air BNB - Really nice and clean rooms - good size and orientation - the hotel was opened in 2017/2018 - but feels new and well kept. I found the staff to be very nice and helpful - I had several questions when I was there and forgot an item and had to come back - so I interacted with over 5 staff from the front desk and housekeeping and bell boys - all were exceptionally nice and helpful. Also good location

I tried calling the room service for the dinner time to have dinner in the room the receptionist answered and said that he will tell them and they will call , but no one did even when I called twice and I was really not happy about this . the receptionist apologised afterwards for this inconvenience . otherwise the stay was good as this is my second visit to this place

We stayed for 1 night (2 adults and 11&14 year old). Rooms were comfortable & king size bed was perfect. We had a pull out sofa bed for our 14 year old. The place was neat and mostly clean. For the most part, we enjoyed our overnight stay. The breakfest was very good & seating was great (indoor or outdoor options). Underground parking was available.

The bathroom shower could use a little touch-up on the seal (redo the cauking on the floor area).

The room where I stayed was exceptionally well maintained, offering both comfort and a pleasing aesthetic. In terms of location, the hotel is ideally situated, providing easy access to local attractions and amenities. What truly stood out for me, however, was the cleanliness. The hotel clearly prioritizes this aspect, which was evident in every area - from the rooms to the corridors, and even the lifts. This attention to detail in maintaining such high standards of cleanliness played a significant role in enhancing my overall experience. I'm thoroughly satisfied with my stay and very impressed with the level of care and cleanliness upheld throughout the hotel.

The hotel offers good value for the price, considering the high standards of comfort, cleanliness, and service. In summary, my stay was enjoyable and there's genuinely nothing significant to complain about. However, if I were to point out a minor area for improvement, it would be the gym facilities. I found the gym to be somewhat small with limited equipment available. While this didn't majorly impact my stay

- Hot water took too much time for shower - Very less ventilation in the room - Too much sunlight coming during the day - Before arrival I was told that there was no special time for ladies in the pool while at the hotel I came to know 9 AM to 12 PM was ladies only time

- Breakfast - Swimming pool timings until midnight - Easy checkin/out process - Friendly staff - Free parking

- No windows or any kind of ventilation in the room/washroom - Had some issues with the ac, which was later resolved after calling thrice - Bath tub drainage was clogged - Bed frame was making too many noises - Too much sunlight coming in the room, especially early in the morning

Location is good in terms of being close to Kohbar center and Dhahran but you still need a car because it's on the main road and not many stores are within walking distance. The staff were great and special thanks to Noura she was awesome and very helpful. Room was clean and spacious.

Great hospitality, immaculate facilities, spacious rooms and all amenities provided. Breakfast varieties could have been better. Exhaust fan in our bathroom wasn’t working well and wasn’t fixed even after complaining. Hope they take complaints seriously!

Bang for the buck! Place is neat, clean and spacious. Rooms have a modern design conplete with its own kitchen and even a washing machine. The lobby smells fresh all day long. Staff is courteous and friendly (shoutout to Axed Alyami and the rest of the staff). The pool is peaceful and quiet, perfect for the family.

The breakfast was not up to my expectation. I stayed in the hotel Last year during Adha holiday, and the breakfast was much better. This time, there was no variety of food, and the quality was moderate.
