Quiet hotel located close to everything. Friendly staff. Liked that they had coffee, tea and water in the reception as well as a computer area. Also icecream available to purchase easily. Room was comfortable. Bathroom well stocked. Coffee maker, fridge worked well along with air conditioner.

Breakfast was good ie plenty of muffins, bagels, bread and cereal. Nice to see pancake and waffle maker. Pity the potato tots were hard and cold. It could be improved by serving something else to go with egg omelettes. They should have a hot tub in the pool area as there is space.

The hotel is listed as pet friendly on Booking.com, but I wasn’t able to select a pet-friendly room online. I added a note saying “I have a dog” in the comments. A staff member later called me (she was very friendly), asked about my dog, and booked a pet-friendly room without any issues. After that, I received an email from the hotel saying I should book directly with them next time, instead of using Booking.com. It didn’t explain why. I'm not sure if pet-friendly rooms just can't be booked through Booking.com, as there’s no mention of that on the site. It would be more convenient if I could book a pet-friendly room directly through Booking.com..

The first time ever as a woman traveling with my grandson that the wonderful young lady at the reception discreetly handed my room key to me, and not say the room Number out loud. I was so impressed by that and was very thankful. We had a King suite so lots of room with two TV’s. Great shower pressure and comfy bed.

I found the shampoo a bit hard to get out. You had to really squeeze the shower mounted shampoo to get it out.

The location was perfect for what we needed to do. We were in town to go to a family member birthday party. The pillows are soft and full and the coffee is great. The breakfast is short in variety and a lot of it is bland. The price is high. Last year we stayed 3 nights for 800 dollars, this year we paid 800 dollars for 2 nights. We thought last year was expensive. Its a good, clean friendly hotel but the prices are more for a fancy luxurious hotel.

My kids first time staying in a hotel, home away from home. They were so excited, called it luxury! Lol. Great breakfast. Excited to swim in the pool every night. And the beds, super comfy! Everyone had a great night sleep each night!

Pool area is a bit outdated looking, and kids got sores on their toes from the pool floor, kinda spikey.

Front desk staff were amazing. There was one girl wearing a sling. She took the time to book our cab and answered all our questions. Very friendly. There was one kitchen saff for the breakfast, not sure if it was Tuesday or Wednesday. She only worked the one day that week. She was very organized, always made sure everything was topped up.

Pool was way to cold to swim in.

Your staff was so accommodating. We had a few problems with our key cards and they were more than happy to help us out and fix it. I also liked how close we were to everything. We didn't have to go very far to fined food or if we needed to buy something small.

Unfortunately your pool was a little too cold for my son and didn't get to spend a lot of time in it before his lips turned blue.

The hotel is excellent: clean, comfortable, with a tasty and sufficiently varied breakfast (not just sweets and eggs). We stayed there for two days, and the main breakfast dishes changed daily (the sausages and potatoes were particularly delicious). The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Breakfast could be a bit better , more hot selections & instructions for waffle maker , as this was buzzing and a staff turned it off and the waffle was raw inside .

Great value! As always the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location of this place can’t be beat!

The pillows are quite horrible. Having only a choice between a very squishy pillow and an extremely firm overstuffed pillow is not ideal and almost guarantees a sore neck the next morning.
