Nice clean property, didn’t see no junkie types lingering about outside.

Not the property fault, but when families stay, and a room is just for the kids.. they need to tell their kids to be respectful and not to run down the halls every few mins between the rooms. All could hear was running and knocking on doors and excited speaking. And whoever stayed in our room before us set the alarm to go off at 5am, me and my husband were exhausted from the long drive from BC and he kept hitting the snooze as the room was dark for our toddler in his little bed and I finally had to jump outta bed to turn off the alarm as I had enough of it going off and kept getting woken up. Our room was right next to the view of the pool side so didn’t feel very private when I stood by the window.

Hotel was good. Location was close to airport, they provided shuttle to and from airport.

I couldn't get mobile network there. Smile on face is a big necessity in hospitality business, this was lacking in many staff members. They still provide 36ml bottles of shampoo, lotion and bar soap in 2025. For dental kit, I have to ask reception. I would expect dental kit in washroom. I expect shampoo, conditioner and lotion dispensers in shower area. For amount of money they're charging, they can surely provide this and would make them look good. And all this won't cost more than $5. What ever they are providing must be according to hotel business standards, but these are just my suggestions for improvement.

Front desk staff were phenomenal. Evening of arrival at Calgary Airport I was instructed to call the front desk to let them know we needed the Hotel Shuttle. They were very responsive and shuttle arrived within 15 minutes. Check in was great. We asked about a late dinner and were instructed to go to the bar/restaurant as staff were serving until 10:30pm - which we did and server/bar tender was so nice and accommodating. Beds were extremely comfortable. Shuttle (for Airport) was ready for us the next morning as promised. Thank you!!!

Pleasantly surprised by the size of the room as we booked a room with an extra large bed and we also had a sitting area and a gas fireplace! Very comfortable. We ate in the hotel but the restaurant was a bit soulless, but we didn't wish to drive out again and find somewhere else to eat. We hadn't paid for breakfast and the dining area was nearly empty at 8.00am. We just asked for coffee but the wonderful member of staff also brought us a couple of slices of toast each, very welcome.

Always need to turn the A/C off at night as they are generally very noisy. The pillows were very thick - a couple of choices in each room would be helpful.

Very close to the airport. They picked us up from the airport which was very convenient! Shuttle driver was great. The beds were super comfortable, hotel was quiet. Slept really well.

The hotel seemed empty yet they tried to charge us $25 for early check-in. We arrived at 12pm and didn’t get to check-in until 4 so wasn’t very accommodating. The person working at the front desk wasn’t able to answer any of our questions about getting around the city.

The staff were exceptional from the reception staff on checkin to restaurant staff. Arranged to leave our car there while we flew to Chicago for a week. Had a car waiting at the airport when we returned on a late flight. And had the restaurant open for us on a late flight. And our bag in luggage storage out ready for us. Oh and a room upgrade.

1.Two receptionist （one man and one woman) quarrel with each other when I am checking out ,they did not notice me ,said no word to me . 2.I live in a room with an indoor next to another room, It's feel unsafe and not soundproof. lucking seems no one lived that next room. 3. expensive in summer.

Proximity to the airport Super comfy bed!!! Good sized rooms with mini fridge and coffee amenities

The pillows were terrible. Far too big, my head was in an awkward position for sleeping and consequently I was awake the majority of the night. Unfortunate since the bed was amazingly comfortable. For pillows in a king room I’d suggest 2 big fluffy ones and 2 they allow for a more neutral head position. It would be great if the hotel offered more than 10 days of parking. But I appreciated the coupon for the Park2Go.

A quick stay, it was clean, comfortable and close to airport. Perfect for what we needed at the time, and staff were very friendly. Had we needed to stay longer, we would have appreciated the refrigerated snacks/convenience meal, plus microwave and mini kitchenette, all great.

Decor is perhaps a little dated, but cleanliness makes up for this. Thanks!

Staff professional, clean rooms

Hallways leading from pool to elevator usually wet and carried into elevator posing threat of a fall. People with dogs left pets in rooms while they were out. Pet would whine and park until owners came back, which would disturb other patrons.
