Great location. Nice room with partial separation made it seem like a suite. Greeted with good warm cookies as we waited to ensure cleaning g staff hadn’t used chemicals to clean the room. They cleaned with vinegar and that made for a stress free stay,

Bad experience with public parking next door. As over age we weren’t aware we would be ticketed after 6am nor were we warned at Front desk. Had to request extra blanket and there were 3 of us but only 2 bath towels. $32 for parking was overkill by hotel. Would have appreciated a free breakfast.

The pillows at this hotel were amazing! We loved them! The cookies we received upon arrival were delicious, and a nice touch! Our room as well as the rest of the hotel was exceptionally clean which is much appreciated.

The $35 per night parking is a bit much. Underground parking is always nice to have especially in the downtown area, but I would rather that be included in my room cost rather than an extra charge. $35 a night adds up quickly for even a few nights stay.

The location was close to the venue I was attending. Thankfully, it had enclosed parking. The accommidation was more than sufficent for the size of my party (just Me) and had all that I needed for the one night. Security procedures - to room floors - was reassuring.

The Parkade entrance is just sufficently large enough to get a car through - really need to not 'wobble' going throught the door. Did not know that the Room Card is needed to operate and access the Elevator. If it wasn't for the party that I was meeting, wouldn't have known that fact ( see above re. Security ).

The staff were friendly and the building was nice. The veuw frim the restaurant was pretty. Loved the large whirl pool hot tub. I had it all to myself two nights in a row. Parking was underground and easy to get in and out of.

I did not like thinking I was getting a great price on my room per night then finding out after my payment went through on the deadline to cancel that parking was an added 35 a night.

Friendly staff upon arrival and when checking out. Warm cookie was nice treat. Room was perfect and clean. Nice big hot tub.

Cookie had nuts in it, so friend with allergy couldn't have one. Would be nice if parking was included, especially for the area. The room across from us had a dirty room service tray outside their door on the floor during the whole time we were there. That we found better deals on the hotel booking after comitting to the non-refundable booking, which usually indicates it being the best price available.

Nice place, great location! we had chosen this place because its near Rogers Place , walking distance. The guy at the reception is very welcoming and friendly, dont know his name. He was the one who assited me when I was checking in, afternoon around 5-6pm of Sept 15,2024. Kind and smiley! Thanks again! King Suite is has a very nice view outside. Lot of room and very comfortable!

Convenient location, safe parking location in underground parking lot, though it is very tight parking and recommend a smallish vehicle. Staff was very friendly. Loved the shampoo/cream rinse brand in the shower. I appreciated the keurig coffee maker and fridge in the room.

I found the bed and pillows too firm, however these are truly personal preferences.

The property was clean, comfortable and the staff was friendly. We ordered room service for breakfast and that was very good and quick.

The parking is awkward. Depending on the side of your vehicle you cannot park in the underground parking the offer. There were no pens, pads of paper, or hotel information in the room. Tried to order room service and had to go to the lounge to take a picture of the menu for others in the room to see it to order.

Elegant modern hotel - was build to be a Hyatt. Allowed early check in as the room was ready - I'd gone to store my luggage while I waited for the 4pm check in time but the receptionist let me in early. I liked the room set up with a sectional sofa. Location is great as it's a 9 min walk from central station. 24 hour gym and a huge hot tub.

There were two hairs on the bed sheet which made me wonder if it was freshly made. The fabric of the bed sheet was a little bobbly in places. I'm not sure I got much information about check out time or breakfast hours. I couldnt see any info in my room on this. In the end, I didnt eat in the hotel. Took me time to find the hot tub controls. There were no clean towels for use at the hot tub.

We came to Edmonton for the Oilers playoffs and wanted to be close enough to downtown to get there by foot. The Hilton was super close to Rogers (10 minute ish walk) and other places as well downtown. I use a wheelchair and had asked for a room close to the elevator and was provided that with an amazing room, super spacious and at an amazing rate compared to other downtown hotels with newer and nicer amenities. Everything was extremely clean and there were no funky smells in the room. I would 1000% stay here again next time I come to Edmonton.

Right now Canada is going through an opioid crisis and there are many shelters as homeless encampments nearby. This isn’t the fault of the hotel and nor should it drive you away from this fantastic gem. Just be smart and safe when going out at night just like any other city.
