Good sized family room, didn't feel cramped, even with a sofa bed, like a lot of family rooms do. Free airport shuttle was excellent and always on time.

The breakfast is located in what looks like a privatly owned business within the hotel. It consisted of a choice of 3 menu options with orange juice OR tea OR coffee and we were only allowed 2 adult breakfasts despite paying for a room for 4 people. Very strange!

The staff was great and did their best to accommodate us. We were upgraded to a suite which made our stay more comfortable. We made use of the pool which was nice. The hotel location is also very convenient.

The room could have been a bit cleaner. Also we were on the same floor as a group of disruptive guests who allowed their kids to play hockey in the hallway which was very noisy and we had to keep walking through their game to get to the elevator. Aside from that our stay was great.

Close to airport, spacious, clean, bright and well equipped room. Nice walking paths around.

No breakfast included though the room was quite pricey. Garbage can was full of trash from the previous guest, and the windows were dirty.

The staff in the restaurant were amazing. Thank you Mandy! The food was delicious and the seating area was perfect for visiting with our family. Loved the shuttle service to the airport. It all made for a stay that surpassed our expectations!!!

No hot tub at the pool to soak our weary travel bones. No automatic room clean up.

Did not order/eat at the restaurant. We needed just a room upon our return from the Dominican and as there were 5 in our party the room configuration was perfect. The young man at the desk was most helpful and socially engaging..I discussed his unique/attractive hair!!

Unfortunately there were young children running in the hallways and hammering at our door!!!!

Great location! Last minute booking and we were accommodated😊 appreciate it much! The bedroom was enough for size, cleanliness was excellent, requested for a wake up call and it was delivered on time. Price is affordable! Airport shuttle accessible especially for an out towner who has an early flight out😊. Highly recommended!

Close to the airport, convenient shuttle running every 30 mins most of the day, restaurants within walking distance for a meal after their own restaurant closes. Good choice for an overnight layover. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was tidy and quiet.

Pretty expensive for what you’re getting, but it’s one of the cheaper in the area with a free shuttle so overall it’s not a bad choice.

beds were super comfortable. Very cleanroom. Friendly front desk staff.
