Accessibility, pleasant and professional staff, clean room.

For such 4 stars hotel it is impossible to have restaurant closed and also not have bar at the premises. Not everyone visiting Ostrava is keen on Stodloni...to have a drink. Reception "from fridge" lobby service is ok, but does not replace restaurant or bar - I was there just after Colors of Ostrava, so I can imagine heavy week behind the staff, but still, there is no excuse for it in this level of hotel

A nice hotel located in the city center. A standard size room with nice furniture, clean, fresh, nice lobby, underground parking reserved for hotel guests. Good breakfast, nice staff.

Maybe it was the high season, but the price was really high. Room size is very standard, I met hotels with much bigger rooms in Ostrava.

The location is great, near the main square where Christmas markets took place. The staff was very nice and patient. The bed was extremely soft - which for me is a negative - but some might like it so I list it as a positive.

I think it's a bit overpriced for Ostrava.

The location is very convenient, when stay close to the city centre is the prefference. The breakfast exceeded my expectations as well as very kind and fast reception service. Parking facility is also very convenient.

The rooms seems to be in different standard comparing the other hotel services. Old and a bit used furniture including the low quality TV set was balanced by comfortable bed and nice bathroom, however.

Great location & breakfast buffet, and a very comfortable room with pleasant staff.

The deposit charge on credit card as one then has to pay the currency exchange fee! Also don't like that the correct room rate at checkout has not been corrected as the deposit was more than the room! Shower doors didn't close all the way so water leaks on floor.

Excellent breakfast. Very good staff. Great shower. Even had fruit infusion bags as well as tea & coffe in room. 2 mins walk from Elektra where airport bus stops.

Higher power hair dryer would be good but I can't really complain about anything.

It was very good breakfast. Espeacially, the fresh squeezed carrot juice. Different choice of meals.

Staff, location, better TV selection than last time (more channels in EN, would be nice to have also ZOOM channel)

There was no response to an email booking request for almost 3 days, so I booked through Booking.com, but that did not allow corporate pricing.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the food in the restaurant was excellent. The room was functional, clean and comfortable. The centre of the city was close by and getting to and from the airport and station was easy and convenient.

The air conditioning wasn't very effective and the bed was a little soft for my taste.

As an overnight stopover, the hotel was more than adequate. Restaurant was still open when we arrived and the food was excellent - the double bacon cheeseburger was probably one of the best burgers I've ever had! Buffet breakfast was superb.

The hotel didn't have a bar as such, but there was no problem taking drinks from the restaurant.
