We stayed for a couple of hours during our layover in Abu Dhabi. The hotel staffs are very helpful and quickly prepared a room for us. We had a very strange layover time for that the staff helped us in the correct manner. We didn't stay for one night, but we wanted to explore Abu Dhabi by staying for a couple of hours. They allowed us early check-in and early checkout without any extra charge that's a wonderful gesture. We checked in at 10 AM and checked out at 11 PM. The wifi is good for the 'work from home' option. They have a restaurant too in the hotel. But there is Lulu mall near to it from where you'll get groceries and food for cheap. The bus 40 is the nearest bus top and it's well connected to the city center. There are other bus stops near it. The hotel has a free bus shuttle service to the Yas Mall (Ferrari World). Tips: 1. Buy a sim to explore Abu Dhabi 2. Keep some cash in hand 3. Buy a Hafilat public transport card (cash accepted only) at the airport.

I enjoyed staying and place was very clean and comfortable and Shuttle bus service to YAS Island and Shaik sheikh Zayed mosque was very short distance.

Recommend to provide multiple shuttle bus trips to YAS Island from hotel.

Jhobert (im not sure of his name but sounds like that) and Aisa gave us the best breakfast treatment as I have a baby with me. They both offered to bring the food on my table.

Just the noise of the drilling/construction

Breakfast was definitely the highlight of our stay. While I’m not entirely sure if the daily breakfast buffet menu changes, the variety and quality were impressive. The restaurant staff were exceptionally friendly and lively, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. One nice touch was the option to request a freshly cooked omelette, which was delicious and made the meal feel personalized. Overall, a delightful way to start the day.

One of our guests was disappointed with the valet service. Her car was parked on B2, and she asked to have it brought to the reception entrance. However, we were told valet attendants don’t operate until 11 AM, but we needed to leave by 8:30 AM for a wedding. This caused inconvenience and should be addressed.

Pleasant personnel of the hotel, nice and clean rooms, tanned windows with blackout curtains, great breakfast with a variety of tasty dishes, lots of fresh fruits. Quite area, near you have corner shops, coffee shops and the pharmacy. The hotel provides a free shuttle services to main tourist spots (National Aquarium, Yas Island, different malls, and Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque). At your disposal, there is a swimming pool and a gym.

It will be better if they would have a bathroom fan to extract steam while having a bath or taking a shower. Also, the shower curtain was leaking in the seam, however that wasn't crucial and it didn't spoil staying.

I loved the cousy atmosphere of the room and it's setup. I loved how you can monitor the temperature of the water of the shower. You could easily switch between the available shower height. The bed was comfy and with no noise like some other hotels. Every thing seemed cleaned and maintained well.

I wish we had a microwave that would add to our experience. The hair dryer was broken. I hope they add more instructions on the TV control provided as it wasn't easy to increase the volume to our liking and it wasn't easy to connect to our phone as the room didn't show up to be connected in the system.

Very polite and attentive staff. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, including the desk. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet with so many options and very good food quality. The dinner menu was reasonably good too. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Didn't try the pool, but it looked quite nice.

If you're there for an event in ADNEC, the location is perfect. Otherwise, not particularly nice. Wifi was (strangely!) not usable for phone calls (FaceTime), worked just fine for everything else. The filter coffee at breakfast was on the weak side with no other options.

Nice and clean room of a decent size with a big window. Efficient free parking in the undeground garage. Breakfast exceed my expectation with variety of offerings. Very attentive and friendly staff. Receptionist mentioned a 50% discount for hotel guests at National Aquarium. It worked, and we enjoy visit to the aquarium late in the evening. As per location it was close to Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque and National Aquarium but about 30 min drive to other Abu Dhabi highlights. Little grocery store around the corner.

There is nothing to complain about.

Location: you are probably not going to reach anything from there by walking... BUT: it has a complimentary shuttle bus that will take you to most attractions there are in Abu Dhabi including Theme Parks on YAS island, Grand Mosque, Malls, beaches, etc... This operating shuttle bus is a really a compelling incentive to chose this property! The breakfast was nice and balanced: most people will find something on their taste there. The room was clean. The staff was very polite and helpful.

Comparing to other Premier Inn(in Dubai) we used during this same trip, this one was a bit older, slightly smaller rooms and older looking rooms, still clean but anyway had the impression that not like the other one in the same chain.

An excellent hotel with good wifi free service provides. 2 small water bottles are complimentary every day plus coffee making facilities. The bedroom was spacious and very clean! The buffet breakfast is huge with good options and the hot dishes changed every day to be given more options! The fruit was very fresh and nicely cold and the filter coffee was by costa coffee and it was amazing! On the last day we had to leave early so we were given a huge breakfast box with an orange juice a great start to the day! The hotel offers a shuttle service to main points of interest. There are taxis always right outside the hotel, a costa coffee and a small supermarket. Would definitely come back!!! Totally recommended!!
