Secure off road parking and very close to the port for getting to the ferry for Morocco. The reception staff were excellent, the hotel facilities were also really excellent with a pool, gym, restaurant etc

We waited for ages in the bar area for someone to serve us, we had been told that as hotel residents, we would be served tapas with our drinks. Eventually, we walked up to the bar and ordered drinks on our room but did not receive any tapas, which was a disappointment. You should also know the front of the hotel overlooks a major road junction so you will have some traffic noise but it didn't bother us for one night.

I needed a hotel near to the local football stadium as I travelled to watch a game this hotel was perfect in terms of both location & price for my needs. The staff were very attentive & helpful. I originally didn't include breakfast on booking but this was easy added on arrival. I also ate an evening meal & made use of the hotel bar too during my stay. The food was all very nice & great value too. Location was in a quiet area but in easy walking distance to shops, the centre of Algeciras & also the football stadium which was reason for my visit. The room was very spacious as well as incredibly comfortable. The communal spaces such as the bar as well as my room were lovely & clean.

Loved the breakfast and the super friendly and helpful reception staff. The restaurant evening meal offers quite good value for money and we loved sitting outside in the patio area eating there. We walked with ease to the beach (15 minutes) which has an amazing view over Gibraltar. Parking was great. I loved our room we were upgraded to a junior suite and we did have a balcony which I loved - I wouldn’t have liked to stay here if we didn’t have a balcony and I don’t think all the rooms do.

I didn’t really like the swimming pool which was small and always busy and located near a busy roundabout. Also didn’t like the location very difficult to drive around.

All aspects of our stay were brilliant, we were made to feel very welcome, would highly recommend!!

Had an issue with our key card for the room but they got this fixed within 30 seconds of getting to the reception so not a problem at all really.

A comfortable place to stay.. Easy to find. Secure parking. We had a good meal here in the evening. There is an area to relax by the pool in the evening and a bar. The property kindly kept some luggage for us while we toured around Morocco on our motorcycle.

Good location close to the port and easy ish to find. Rooms were clean and spacious if bare. Breakfast was good.

Room / bedding smelled a bit of cigarette smoke. We were keen on a swim in the morning before we left but the pool didn’t open ‘til 10.30 and we had to leave before then - which was a little disappointing.

Friendly helpful staff. Comfy beds, dinner was good with the menu del dia excellent value. Problem with mini bar fridge was fixed same day. Lovely pool with plenty of seating nearby.

Not really hotels fault but bring mozzie repellent.

The hotel was very nice with a nice clean swimming pool. The room was clean, the stuff was extremely friendly and helpful, everything was fine.

The swimming pool hours started too late in the morning - 10:30. Thee were no possibility to swim in the morning before breakfast. The location was a bit far from the centre, not enough crossroads and not enough transport. The sea was fare from the hotel and dirty.

The swimming pool, lovely food in the restaurant, the staff is great. Beds are great.

The hotel is surrounded by traffic and roads and such, and somewhat outside of Algeciras but if you disregard that it is a fantastic hotel and would happily book it again.

The restaurant was the greatest although the daily menu was good value for money. Felt like a truckers hotel in the evening
