Apartments are really nice and spacious. Very clean, which we really appreciate! The swimming pool was great with the bonus of the jacuzzi!

There was only air conditioning in the lounge, so it was hard to have a nap in the bedroom in the middle of a heat wave! We needed an early check-in as our planes for the rest of the day were unclear, and this was not possible. I understand they have to clean the apartment, but if the people before left befire 11am, maybe they could have made an exception! The only reason we would nit come back in the summer, is the air conditioning! Otherwise, a great place!

The staff were absolutely fantastic, so friendly and so helpful. The canteen was lovely, the pool was fantastic, and was super fun watching stray cats roam around, I would definitely stay here again

The location isn’t perfect but it’s good! Close to the airport and not too far from the town, we used taxis to get in and out which are very well priced, there was a bus stop at the bottom of the road however the bus doesn’t stop there anymore, beware bevause Google and Apple Maps will still tell you the bus stops there.

The flat was huge with a bathroom and shower room. Everything was great but the only issue is that the Aircon was only in the living room/kitchen area. Alicante has great weather but in the evenings during winter it gets cold. I imagine how hard must be stay in any other room, during summer. Location is a bit far from the city centre although there is a taxi mini station just outside a European union building which is near by I paid 7 euros to go to the centre which is not bad at all. Everything else it is great. Lots of space, very bright, very discreet. I will go back there for sure

I liked everything but I want to be fair to other potential guests so they must consider the Aircon issue.

It was basic but sufficient. Nice size, good kitchen with fridge freezer, washing machine & microwave. Good size bed, airing rack for drying your washing on the balcony. Great pool area, two jacuzzi’s (not heated) plenty sun loungers, both in and out of the shade.

A little too far away from everything if you hadn’t a car, but a taxi was little more than €10 into the centre. On-site cafeteria was open til 10pm but didn’t serve food until that time, despite menus left on display and no time displayed as to when food service ended.

The receptionist was very polite and kind, we got a free room upgrade from a single room apartment with one double bed to a two bedroom apartment with two double beds, it was quiet you don't hear cars or any noise except for that of other guests, there are lots of cats which is amazing! it's good value for the money!

The distance from the city, and the door which has a card reader system which was faulty, it only opened after spending 10 minutes minimum to try and open it (but it also made me laugh trying to open it and seeing how it only works after cursing it 😂😂😂) it was fun overall, so there were no real big inconvenience's

Didn't like the female staff member Sunday night- early Monday morning, waking me up( twice), having sex in the cleaning cupboard next to my room, 1st floor 61004. I was disgusted with the noise she was making, didn't complain about it to front desk , was too shocked and bothered to say anything. This problem needs addressing!!!!

We found ourselves in need of a hotel near the airport at short notice. We had a pretty low expectation of this hotel when we booked it but we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. We were able to check in 4 hours earlier than originally advised and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. Less than half an hour walk away is a beautiful park when we were able to get an authentic Spanish tapas meal. The apartment was spacious and clean. Not sure we'd stay for a week's holiday but we'd definitely return for a night or 2 in the future.

If you are going to stay for more than a few nights, you'd probably need to hire a car to get around. There is no kettle, microwave or cutlery and crockery in the apartment but that didn't matter too much for us as we were out and about.

Convience and the logistics of the apartments, staff are always there to assist you and the apartments are safe.and the location is great for exercising great ambience as it set in between the sea front and the landscape. The city center is 15min away and there's a regular bus service which runs the city and the airport every 30mins... if you drive it has underground parking that leads directly to your apartment block. In general its a good place to stay if your travelling solo or if you have a small family and couples would appreciate it as they have a botanical garden nearby if your a keen cyclist it would suit you as there some great cycle routes.i should mention its very economic and has a swimming pool for the warmer months.

There's not enough pots to cook your meals they have a basic frying pan and a small pot no blender to blend juices and no sharp knives to cut meats or your fruits. And even though there is a TV, they need 1 for each room main bedroom and front room is important for those days you don't wish to leave the complex.

Cannot rate highly enough , apartment was clean and tidy and well stocked, pool was fantastic, 24 hour reception staff, went above and beyond and helped immensely and nothing was too much trouble.

Just be aware of the location, you will need a car or need to take taxi's to get to the town, we were aware of this on booking and didn't mind, given the resort was much more reasonably priced than those next to the beach or in town.
