The staff was very friendly and accomodating. We arrived late, but they were all smiles, gave lots of information and were generally very helpful. We had breakfast and dinner in the hotel. It was wonderful! If we wanted something else or more, they obliged at every turn.

We booked two nights, but on our keycard, only one night was added. This made that we had to go back to the front desk (late at night) to search for someone to let us into our hotel room. Although we had to search a little bit to find someone still working the desk, they were very accomodating as well. Afterwards they told us that this sometimes happens and that we weren't the first people to have had this issue.

Fantastic one night stay to break up a long drive. Close to freeway. Our 2 bedroom room was huge and kids loved the spa bath. This hotel had everything we needed - bar/restaurant on site which was open for drinks when we arrived at 4pm. Dinner in the lovely courtyard was open from 8.30pm and we had a great meal. For breaky you could have the continental buffet (12euros pp) but we opted to eat at the cafe/bar where we enjoyed a tomato toast with jamon and a coffee for 5 euro. I would recommend this hotel!

Loved this characterful, quiet hotel with superb friendly staff. Reception helped us with instructions for travel into Valladolid. We got the bus into the city no problem from stop very nearby (Calle la Presentacion). Two buses: blue route (faster) and red route. Paid cash. Also delightful park walk nearby. Good restaurant. Recommended!

The hotel, was perfect, with lovely rooms spacious & very well equipped. Bathroom with a full bath was a real bonus.. Staff very friendly, especially the ladies at the bar, very helpful & friendly. Plenty of parking, nice quiet location.

The building is great and it has a restaurant/bar that work very well. Bed and bathroom were comfortable and very clean.

Finding parking late at night could be a bit challenging. The jamón ibérico plate was from a package and not cut on the spot.

the room was excellent as was the ensuite. We chose to eat in their restaurant for late lunch and found the staff very helpful with our dietary requirements. the food was excellent, and priced accordingly so we would stay there again

Breakfast promotion stated continental breakfast was 4euros or special breakfast prebooked the evening before 7.50 euros. In the morning as we went for breakfast we were advised eat in the cafe. Here we had 2 orange juices, 2 black coffees, 1 tostada tomate, 1 croisant and 2 kellogs cornflakes with soya milk. when we paid at reception 17.00 euros so ASK reception about where the breakfast offer is served. Free parking is on the street. No car park.

Lovely little hotel conveniently situated near motorway. Fantastic room, very friendly and helpful staff. Only one negative, needed a non-slip mat for the bath. We are getting old and the bath was huge and slippery.

It is very easy to find just off the motorway on the outskirts of Valladolid. Good value for money and pleasant staff. Cafeteria style dining and bar at reasonable prices. Free parking. Comfortable and quiet room.

Breakfast didn’t have enough variety. We were hoping for a hot breakfast but was more like a continental breakfast. It was not included in the price of the room.

The hotel has a lot o character, the room and bathroom were a larger size than I usually experienced. Also impressed with full vanity kit, well done!

The hotel has parking spaces around it, but they can get filled pretty quickly. You can find alternatives within a few minutes' walk but something to be mindful.
