The hotel is very modern and clean. The rooms were a very generous size. Breakfast was good.

We booked interconnecting rooms. This was not a door between rooms as I had expected. Their version of interconnecting is a ‘porch’ door that can be shut and locked prior to the individual room doors. You have a small vestibule between your doors and the hotel corridor. This meant we had two heavy hotel doors between us and the kids. We could not figure out a way of having them on a latch. Maybe not too good an arrangement for young children, but good if you are a group of adult friends. If you want interconnecting perhaps phone the hotel and see if there is a way of disabling the two locking doors. The pool on the roof is open to 6pm and is pretty small and shallow. Not a pool for swimming in.

Easy to get there from metro station on the Ramblas. Great to be so close to that street and the food market. Hotel was huge, very modern with quirky decoration, and had a great rooftop bar and terrace. Greeted with welcome cava, which was very nice. Beds very comfortable in room and an excellent shower. Great views over the rooftops.

The room layout was a bit strange. The sink and shower was in the room, and the toilet had a very heavy sliding door. Couldn't open any windows, but there was AC. The pool on the terrace was very small, almost a paddling pool and certainly not for swimming!

The room we got was in the bad condition, apparently there was an issue with a drainage piping system, non stop very loud sounded like banging noise. The bathroom area doesn’t have a privacy, the sink is in the middle of the room and no door to the shower. Room is very tight, bathroom shower and toilet looked old, poor condition. But after compliant, the room immediately changed to a better one, slightly larger, at much better condition, but still no privacy. But overall with a change of a room , that made our stay more pleasant. Also, for the price was paid the breakfast should have been included, but it was not in our case.

Overall it was pretty good!

Location! The hotel is so nice but I would not consider to stay again next time because of the location.

Location of the hotel is a bit disappointing. I would not let my kids or my wife walk alone during the night

This hotel is like a pearl on top of the dirt. It's stylish, even artistic, super clean, but it's location is soooooo disappointing - Raval is the most criminal area, and despite it's in 10 minutes from central streets, if you stay at a hotel for this price, you would definitely not want to walk through Raval, so you have to order a taxi. Taxis are just next to it, but in the mornings you have a hard time catching them, sometimes waiting for 30 minutes.

Hotel is clean and just 5-6 mins walk from Ramblas. Staff was very nice and helpful.

The showers/bath in the rooms have no privacy and the TV had a very limited number of working stations.

Excellent hotel with modern facilities, rooms are spacious and have the comfiest bed and superb shower. Explored Barcelona during the day but really happy to relax back at the hotel in the evening. Comfy and excellent location, short walk down an old street filled with shops, cafes and bars and your on La Rambla where everything is happening. Stroll towards the port after a coffee or wine and you’re in a busy location for shopping, eating, boating or even sunbathing or playing volleyball on the beach . Staff super friendly and offer lots of information to help you make the most of your stay. We stayed in the Deluxe room and would love to stay here again, maybe in April when it’s spring. Try all the different seasons to get the best of everything. Enjoy Barceló .. it’s ace. Sone negative reviews of the area, we didn’t have any problems, we are from UK Manchester and if your used to visiting Cities you’ll understand that life is as it is.. a city and not the countryside 😃😃

Lovely hotel for family stay (12 people). Breakfast was very good and staff very accommodating.

It would have be great to have indoor pool - rooftop really not a pool as advertised.

The location was great. The breakfast was good too. The room (we got an upgrade offer from the desk) was good but the design was a bit off. The room was a semicircle and by design the space felt awkward. Also the color was a bit off too much red and black. But it's all matter of taste. The service was good, they cleaned the room everyday and would bring us new toiletries with even a toothbrush and a razor. The room service was good too.

Also the whole hotel is surrounded with metal mesh which makes looking from the window a bit difficult and even can make you feel vertigo. The whole point of semi circular room was to see the city from above, but this mesh ruins it. Also you cannot open a window by yourself. Not even a tiny crack
