the size of the apartment surprised me! The location was wonderful felt safe when came back to the apartment late. Also, the doorman was super!!!!!

We had a 3-bedroom apartment but two bedrooms had no AC only fans! They are not enough for our kids!

The Claris Hotel, where I had to pick the keys up from, was a convenient 2 minute walk from the apartment. The hotel and receptionist were pleasant and the check-in process was quick and easy (providing you had completed the online check-in prior to arrival). The apartment itself was spacious and very comfortable. If you're lucky enough to get the main bedroom with ensuite, it's a lovely experience. The smaller queen room is also comfortable and the even smaller twin room is very tight. Lift access to your floor is fantastic for suitcases and people who cannot climb too many stairs. The location was great with respect to accessing the Sagrada Familia.

Despite being told that the apartment was ready, house keeping was still inside the apartment cleaning the kitchen. Not a big problem given that we could still access our rooms and get comfortable while they finished their tasks. It would've also been nice to be provided with enough of the complimentary 'kitchen kits' for each night of our stay rather than having to request additional ones separately.

Excellent location, one block from metro stop that can take you anywhere in the city, as well as 1-2 blocks from Casa Batlló and La Pedrera. High ceilings, big windows, good closet space, and modern decor. Plenty of glasses, dishes, etc. It was a plus to have a washing machine. There were three bathrooms which was luxurious for our family of 4. It was very easy to check in at the Hotel Claris, and just walk across the street to the apartment.

A greater number of comfortable seating options would have been nice in the living room. There was only the sofa which made it hard for 4 of us to hang out there together.

The apartment is in a beautifull building and really nicely decorated. The apartment is spacious and clean. There are beautiful large windows in the living room and one bedroom. A large wardrobe will satisfy every woman. A big plus also for three bathrooms. A big convenience is a washing machine and a dryer. The apartment is also wonderfully located. Even though the apartment is in the very center of Barcelona, it is not noisy inside. Beautiful and safe neighborhood surrounded by wonderful historic tenement houses, wonderful restaurants and shops. Very nice and helpful staff at the nearby Claris Hotel deserves praise :) We highly recommend this place.

The apartment is quite dark, but there is a lot of sun in the living room and one bedroom in the morning. Two bedrooms have a terrible view as in old tenement houses. There was no air conditioning in one bedroom. For us, the kitchen is too modestly equipped, but we are demanding because we like to cook ourselves, due to the fact that we have a small child. It's a pity that there is no balcony to admire the beautiful views.

The apartment was much larger than expected, the pictures do not do it justice. The apartment was comfortable, two full baths, the master bedroom was massive, along with two further bedrooms. The location was great for us, we walked everywhere. The grocery stores, restaurants, metro and attractions were close. We would book here again! The key pick-up at the hotel across the road was easy, the staff there were very friendly and gave us a few tips of restaurants, attractions and where to find the grocery store.

The elevator was out-of-service a couple of times. Most of the time that wasn't an issue... although, there were some days that we just returned from an hours walk and didn't feel like climbing five flights of stairs.

The location was fantastic. The modern look and cleanliness was very good. Ease of check in was effortless.

The light in the apartment is very low. We found most of the space underlit. The bathroom was especially dark. The kitchen facilities lacked a cutting board and other utensils that would have been helpful. The apartment had an Nespresso machine but no pods and only instant coffee. So the Nespresso machine was only a method for heating water. There was only enough dish soap for one use.

The location is perfect! Walking distance to a lot of restaurants, cafes, Casa Batillo/Mila, and metro stations/ bus stops. The apartment itself is spacious. I like each room gets its own bathroom, and the washing machine is very convenient as me and my family were traveling for 2 weeks. The apartment is cleaned every 3 days, which I think totally make sense.

The dining chairs are not the most comfortable.

Checkin was very easy and we liked that the apartment was connected to the hotel reception, so we pretty much had 24 hour help if needed. The reception was very responsive and helpful. The location and the apartment size was also as advertised.

It was not clearly communicated that the second room would only have a fan, which didn't do much in 35 degree heat. We had to move the beds to the living room which had an ac that was on the verge of breaking. The second bathroom was also too small and the toilet amenities were very sparse. We got two tiny bottles of soap and shampoo and one tiny dishwasher solution.

Very friendly staff. Lots of communication with Claris Guest Sevices even before arrival. Dmitry and his team provided fantastic services and even facilitated tickets for the Barcelona match. The Doormen, the Reception, the Cleaning Staff and Guest Services were amazing. Great location. Close to train stations for easy access to all of Barcelona.

Pillows could be better.

It wasn't clear that the pool was in a different building This was ok as it wasn't far but would have preferred if it was clearer in the description No clothes drying rail, needed for clothes not suitable for dryer.
